My appointment was at 4:15. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork. No one acknowledged me or offered me paperwork until 5:45! It is now 6:05 and I am finally in the room but waiting on the doctor still.
When I arrived to the address I called the office to find out where to park bc it’s located at Memorial Hermann. The staff told me the wrong garage. Had to call back to get the suite number then had to press to find out what tower. No other info was offered and it seemed as if I was annoying the employee by asking these questions.
I’m outraged and will never come back, I don’t care how good the doc is. According to the review before me, he’s not that great.
