Camden Woodson Park

Wonderful staff! Community is well maintained and maintenance is always quick to respond within the same day. Best apartment I’ve ever lived in!

Horrible. 7 visitor spots for over half the complex. Roaches everywhere, no one comes to take care of it. The HVAC systems ever made. HVAC broken and come home to see a note saying a/​c working great!.. yeah right i cant get it under 77 until 11PM. Very small and inefficient appliances. Close to a train! 90% of tenants are black and walk around your vehicle smoking weed at the early hours of the morning. I would not want one of my family members living here. The only good thing they do is give you 30 days to move out if your unhappy which of course i took advantage of. STAY AWAY!

We love it here! It’s pretty quiet and there are gatherings each month so all of the neighbors can get to know each other! Tina Lummus is awesome, she helped us when we first came to look at the apartment. The rest of the staff are very nice too! If there is a problem with a maintenance issue, we get help within 24hrs! You can pay your rent online and submit a maintenance claim through Camden website. There is also a Camden Woodson Park social page (sort of like Facebook) only for residents to sell stuff or do get togethers! I definitely recommend Camden Woodson Park!

Living in these apartments is great & all. The only problem I have is the cable provider, parking, & trash. The cable provider is entouch which this will be the first time having them & so having them as the only option kind of sucks because I love AT&T & I had a way better package & deal with them for three Tv’s & still paid less than with entouch & for one tv. The internet sucks but oh well. Next, the parking is bad cuz it gets super packed where I live so we have to park kind of far but the only reason I hate it even more is cuz I have a 4 month old baby & carrying his car seat ain’t that fun when it’s a long walk. There are carports & all which are reserved & youu can pay for one but the thing is is that they are all full! & what gets me more mad is that they are paid by ignorant people who live far from their building. In front of out apartment there are like 8 carports & like three of them are owned by people that don’t even live in my building! Makes no kind of sense, they end up walking even more to the damn carport then to a parking that’s right in front of their apartment building. & at last the trash, the only reason I am not okay with is is that I live in front of the dumpster so I kind of don’t need valet trash but it’s whatever, I ain’t to con fend about that.
But overall great place to live in, the price is okay for how big our apartment is & how nice it is
I have no annoying neighbors at the moment & the office agents are extremely nice, they even wrote me a birthday card & left it at my door.

We had the pleasure of touring with Tanya Young and she is awesome… her personality and her extra friendly welcoming made me very excited about our decision to stop by and take a look… and we was amazed… the apartment was very charming and Tanya took her time and answered any and every question that we had… we definitely have place Camden@ woodson park at the top of our list of choices… Tanya you are Great! :-)!!!
