Burger King

First I only got 9 nuggets rather than the 10 I ordered. Second the nuggets were room temperature. Third, I felt sick about 20 miniutes after eating. I think I’ll avoid this place from now on.

I normally like this Burger King, but today I was let down. I order the chicken fries, the tasted more like a fish fry. They looked like it was cooked in reused cooking oil. I normally don’t take back my food but I couldn’t bare to take another bite.

Can’t tell you how long I have been sitting in the drive-​through. Clearly it has been long enough for me to get bitter and to write this post and there are still three cars between me and the window. I would just leave if it weren’t a single lane. Can I claim false inprisonment? Still no movement. Not sure when they start serving breakfast but maybe they will let me change my order when I get to the window. I will only feel kind of bad for the people behind me while they go churn butter for my biscuit because that is the only explanation of why this is taking so long.
Wow! Moved up one car. I’d would be that jerk that just sits on his horn but that would likely just confuse the women in the window. I don’t want to add any additional complexity to her job.
Wow! Moved up another place. We are rocking and rolling now!
Crap! That was a world record! It only took 60 seconds for the car in front of me.
Thank God! I have my food. I won’t starve to death in line.

The only reason I stop here is because it’s the only restaurant on the way to work. The food is average on par with what Burger King offers but the staff is rude, attitude and unhappy.
When I pull up to the drive thru can I at least get a good morning? Instead the worker looks at me, turns and just walks away. She returns and I see her name tag says Ms. Beasley Body. She doesn’t even make eye contact when she takes my card and only mutters, «You want ketchup with that?» I leave with not a good morning, thank you, have a great day.
Can we please get a Starbucks right near here so I don’t have to stop here in the AM and ruin my morning?

My Family and I got food poisoning last week, was sick for about three days, I really didnt see the point of calling and complaining. My 3 year old was only sick for one afternoon and my husband 2 days, I wont go back anymore. Also lots of homeless people everywhere begging and charging their phones, I was ok with it until a fight broke out cussing and screaming and the police were called the actual fight happen at the connecting gas station and traveled to the dinning room of the BK where I had my 3 year old daughter having her BIRTHDAY MEAL… I used to like this place…

I thought my last experience was bad. Get this.
So my husband and daughter usually come have lunch with me at work twice a week. Hubby hears about the ‘BK Family Bundle” and wants to go try it. We go to this BK at least 2 – 3 times a month so we already know the manager there is a complete A-​Hole! Of course we get stuck with the manager taking our order so hubby asks for the deal, manager says «do you have a coupon?» hubby says «oh, i didnt know you had to have a coupon. Its an advertised deal that says limited time only, not coupon required» the manager just walks away! Are you f^&%ing kidding me?
Determined to get that damn family meal lol we leave and go through the drive thru. We ask the lady for the famly bundle, she asks «what flavor drinks?». We’re like YES! We knew you didnt have to have a coupon. She then proceeds to ask us to hold on and apparently forgot to turn off the speaker because we HEARD the manager tell her no she could not give us the family deal! WHAT?! This is NOT happening right now?! Hubby and the lady argue about wheather or not you have to have a coupon and she almost sounded sorry for us, she kept say «im sorry» like she knew the manager was just being a douche!
We order seperate meals anyway as my lunch is only an hour and weve already wasted like 20mins at this dump. We get to the window and she has to ask us what our order was… ugh! The manager is standing right behimd her watching both her and us. I swear if I hadnt been in that car I would have reached behind the counter and punched him smack in the face! She gives us our stuff and hubby asks for buffalo sauce. She, without even looking at us says «no, we dont have that» and shuts the window mid sentance. We wait for our drinks and hubby asks for her and her managers names… she stares blankly at us like were just going to dissappear, he asks again, she says «Sosa?» My husband says «Sosa? Whats your name?» She says «Sosa?» Hubby says «Sosa? So both of your names are sosa?» She says «Sosa?». Apparently she forgot how to speak english! What a disgrace!
When I go to Burger King’s website to email a complaint, guess what… NO EMAIL! So not only are their employees liars and rude as F%^*, but they dont want to hear from their customers either!
