I have had better food at truck stops. I am getting tired of the low quality restaurants out in the burbs. I don’t want to get Into the details. Just trust me, it’s bad food.

Had a gift card so I tried this place out. I’m a huge wing fan and I frequent BWW and Wingstop often. I was highly disappointed with the quality of the food. The wings are drenched in sauce. So much so that I could only eat two. The fries were good but that was not the reason for my visit. I really hope this place gets a menu makeover. I won’t be back.

This place feels like a run down version of Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff was nice enough, but the girl behind the bar was obviously new to being a bartender and the service industry in general. She met all the requirements for decent service yet it felt like she was ticking boxes off of a mental checklist. More routine than interaction.
The one good thing about this place was that I had a large draft beer for less than 4 bucks. That’s really it. I came in for a beer and got a beer, mission accomplished. Will I ever return? No. There are better places around the corner which don’t feel like the sports bar that time forgot.

Love love love this place. Great deals on wings, food comes to table FAST, good overhead music, and always something good on the t.v.

Great atmosphere. Alisha our waitress did great. Kept drinks filled and food came out as ordered. Always enjoy Football and UFC here. Had the Mighty Mushroom and Swiss burger. It was good.

Where to begin? This restaurant has the potential to be great, but with dismal service, and lackluster sauces, it’s a huge disappointment.
It took 50 minutes to receive our food, and not one person on the wait staff would take responsibility of our table. We had to ask for drinks, then ask to place our order, and 50 minutes later, ask for the status of our order.
I ordered the mild buffalo boneless wings. The chicken was great, but the sauce was straight butter, all oil. Absolutely not worth the wait.
Until this place staff’s accordingly and has management passionate about the customer experience, I will NOT return!

Brewingz Katy Ranch… Never Again for Lunch or Dinner!
In @ 12:07, and walked out @12:55 with my salad in a to go box,
that I hurriedly scraped off my plate, never even tasting.
The waitress never even offered a drink refill or gave us the status of our order during our wait.
Then some one comes from the kitchen apologizing for lack of cooking/​kitchen help.
Sorry, not my problem. Should have a backup plan.
Didn’t get to eat till 1:45 back at work. Only ate the chicken off the salad as the rest was lousy.
My first and LAST time here.
Be prepared for at least an hour and a half lunch.
There are plenty other establishments nearby with much better service.

Tried this place out with my boyfriend last week for dinner.
There was a boneless wings deal going on that day for $ 12.99 for 20 pieces.
You can pick as many flavors as you want so I thought that was pretty cool!
I just wasn’t impressed with the flavors. But the chicken sticks appetizer was so good!!!
I’d definitely go back; it was a chill place.

Food and service were great! Boudin balls were good but the seasoning they put on them mixed in with their house ranch and it was amazing! Ask for it when you go and they will mix it in, gives the ranch a chipotle smokey taste. Boneless wings are good in size and flavorful. Didn’t get 5 stars because they over sauce the chicken tenders majorly! To the point I didn’t even want to eat them because I felt like I was just eating hot sauce. Service was great, Braett was super nice and attentive

This is our all around favorite wings place anywhere in Houston. After getting bad service and cold wings at BW3’s at Willowbrook — we stopped going there. We found this place and have been going here ever since. They have great daily wing specials — we always get the tailgator — wife likes traditional and I like boneless — it has both. Highly recommend Carolina Gold and Mango Habanero for the sauces. Plenty of TV’s all around in the bar and the service is always quick. Highly recommend this BreWingZ!!!

What’s with the bad reviews of this place? I’ve been twice and both times the service was legit and the food was fresh. The manager even came by to make sure everything was okay.
My fav is their lemon pepper boneless wings and curly fries! If you sign up for their email alerts they send coupons fairly often and they also have daily specials.

if you want wings, don’t go here. Smallest wings ever, bone and skin, no meat. It was two for one special and I still feel cheated. They came out quickly so that means they were cooked hours or days before and reheated and overcooked. Drink specials were nothing special. The bartender was slow, disinterested, and added to the unpleasant experience. There may be other food items that rate higher but we wanted wings and will not go there a second time.

Service, Food, and prices! The three reasons I come here!
First of all their manager Regina is on top of EVERYTHING and EVERYONE… yes you heard that right!
Second, their specials. I love the fact that they have specials because I enjoy to bring my brothers and my children here, we all can watch sports as we enjoy ur wings… Spicy Hot and Lemon and Pepper are our faves! (and Curly Fries are a must!)
Third, The staff. They are are always entertaining, nice, and IF they ever mess up on my order, they make sure to manage to take care of me. Maybe because they know me as a regular.
Fourth, Ambiance. Perfect for the entire family or just with friends for a coupe of drinks.
I cannot see myself going anywhere else but here. I am a huge wing fanatic and there is nothing like a friendly staff!

First time trying this place. I ordered by phone on Sunday for the 30 piece boneless wings special for $ 17.99. The cashier over the phone was very helpful and patient since I told her I’ve never tried the food there before. I ordered lemon pepper and medium wings and she said it’ll be ready in 15 minutes.
I picked up my order without having to wait. And the nice lady who spoke to me on the phone went over my order to ensure nothing is missing. She also remembered that I mentioned I’ve never been there so she took the time to explain that they have specials on a daily basis. I was very impressed with the amount of attention that was given to me (even though I ordered by phone). Anyway, the food was amazing. There was no skimp on quality when ordering the special. The lemon pepper was nicely seasoned, the medium buffalo flavor was just right. And the fried pickles were thick and crispy. They even provided big cups of ranch or blue cheese without additional charge. We will be definitely coming back!

I placed an order to go and they told me it would be ready by 4:45 pm. I got there at 4:50 pm and my order was not ready yet. I sat and waited around until 5:35 pm! … Almost one hour later. They told me the kitchen «had a mix up.» I would have appreciated maybe a call, saying the order would be delayed… instead of me sitting in there for almost an hour. The wings were fine, but I was not pleased with the service. It seemed very unprofessional at all.

Went to this place a few months back, everything was horrible! The food, drinks everything!

Not really sure why, but our experience was nothing like the majority of these reviews. Been to the 249 location three times now, and it has been great every single time. We have had great service twice, and average service the other time.
The menu is almost exactly what Wings-​and-​More used to serve (so much so that my husband and I thought perhaps they just changed the name and nothing else) and the food is good, if not great, for what you are getting.
The wings were spicy, and they always come out piping hot. We waited a little longer for our order because we order them «extra crispy» to have them fried a little longer. But the waiter was upfront that it would take an extra minute, and then he brought them out right away when the order was up.
Our experience was hot, spicy wings, crispy fries, and cold beer. Exactly what we wanted from this wing place.
