Got a half gallon Suicide and my fav, Crawfish and sausage. The crawfish was tasty but were overcooked and lots of heads without bodies and random arms throughout the bag. They were warm and not hot like they should of been. I tell the lady that I ordered from about the crawfish and she tells me that it is the suppliers fault. They are aware of the quality of the crawfish and had the nerve to tell me that they were not overcooked. I will be calling and speaking with a mgr. I guess they do lack some customer service as I saw in a few of the other reviews. I will return and give them another shot.

Horrible customer service. We went through the drive thru and the attendant was apparently bothered that we were there. He wouldn’t answer our question about a drink preference and closed the window in our face as we tried to say, «Thank you» This was my first time here and I highly doubt I will be back

This place is sooo awesome. The drinks literally take me back to New Orleans. If you are looking for good New Orleans boiled seafood and drinks you have to check this place out.

Love love love this place, I always go by the drive through, I don’t bother with the menu cos there is so much to choose from. I always tell them to make me something«sweet and strong». They have never let me down.

Second time here in this establishment the staff is always customer service friendly! The food presentation, quality and taste is very impressive and the drinks are always on point… as well as the cleanliness! Makes me feel like I’m home in New Orleans. …

The wait was very long in the drive thru. The guys at the window was pretty quick when I finally got there. I got a 6 oz Obama and a 64oz drunk in love. The Obama is great. The strawberry in it was good but I really like the flavor when the White Russian mixed with the blue. Sitting down drinking the drunk in love. All the flavored are mixed into each other a day after buying instead of being separated like when I bought. I figured that would happen. The flavor is delicious. I was expecting them to be stronger based upon the other reviews I read but with taste like this it’s nothing I can’t fix myself– just added more liquor I will definitely be back.

Got a small soulja slim. Was recommended a lot by a bunch of people. It was good, cheap, and strong. Hope to try the rest of the menu!

Cheap drinks excellent taste. It’ll definitely give you exactly what you need in a drink. Try the Bill Cosby or the Thug Passion if you want something strong

If I can drive up and get liquor then I automatically love you. This place has a huge menu with three sizes to chose from. I have yet to be disappointed with my choices. I usually go for the smallest size which is $ 6.

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. I honestly expected a whole lot more from this establishment. I graduated from LSU and daiquiris were big in Baton Rouge. On getting there, we stayed in line, the music was New Orleans music and all. I had read good reviews so I expected to have a smooth transaction. On getting to the counter, my friends and I requested samples which the person who attended to us provided by himself. We ended up requesting the $ 6 bottles each(we were four). When we were about to check out, some lady attending to the drive through started cussing us out and asking if we’ll waste products in our own establishment like we did there because apparently, we didn’t finish our samples. We initially thought she was joking but then she THREATENED my friend saying that she will post a picture of her on the door and she should never come back. All because she claims we didn’t finish our samples. It wasn’t written anywhere that samples had to be finished and if she had such a problem with it, she should have talked to her server for putting too much daiquiris in the little sample cups. I’ve never been CUSSED out and asked to not return to an establishment in my entire existence. If we were being obnoxious or something, maybe it would somewhat explain why she was so bitter and upset but we weren’t. We were even joking with the guy who served us the whole time and he was teasing us. We thought she was the owner so we paid and walked out the door. Outside the building, one of the workers noticed we were upset and asked if we would like to speak to the owner. We had the opportunity to speak to the owner and she apologized on behalf of her employee. From our interaction, I suspected the old lady who cussed us out might have been her family(just speculating. Not sure). I really appreciated that she took the time out to apologize to us and encouraged us to come back but said she would understand if we didn’t.

DONOTGOHEREUNLESSYOUWANTTOBECURSEDOUT! We went here yesterday and we asked for samples, after we tasted the samples we all bought drinks and when we were paying and we were about to exit, this old woman behind the counter who wasn’t even our server starts yelling at us for not finishing the samples we were given. First of all, we didn’t take the samples ourselves. They gave them to us. Secondly, where are you required to finish your samples?! Thirdly, we all bought something. It’s not like we walked in, asked for samples and then left without buying anything. At first we thought she was joking but she starts yelling at us and telling us that if she comes across the counter that we’re going to be sorry. And she starts yelling at us never to come back and that she’s going to put up our pictures so that we won’t be able to come back. We thought she was the owner until one of the servers who was as confused as us as to what happened asked if we wanted to speak to the owner and we said yes. We complained to the owner and she apologized but nothing was done to the woman. DONOTGOHERE! THEY’LLTAKEYOURMONEYANDSTILLCURSEYOUOUTFORNOTFINISHINGYOURSAMPLESTHATTHEYPUTFORYOU.

Bourbon St. Daiquiris gives it’s patrons a taste of culture directly from New Orleans without leaving Houston. The décor inside of this establishment is minimal with a lounging area right outside of the door– literally. I’d recommend this establishment to have a frozen alcoholic drink to pass time and just to catch up with old friends. This place is frequented by New Orleanians who relocated to the Houston area after the hurricane devistated Louisiana.

These drinks are good and ‘SKRONG’(yes, you read that right; I said, ‘SKRONG’ LOL). The way that these frozen treats should be! I’ve had this place bookmarked for quite some time and finally stopped by on a random weekday, only to return again just a few days later because I was impressed. For those of us on the west side of town, Bourbon St. Daiquiris provides a little taste of Nawlins(New Orleans) right here in West Oaks. It’s a more convenient option than the Daiquiri Shack or Orleans D&W, both of which I still love for distinct reasons. However, when it comes to flavor authenticity, I think Bourbon St. Daiquiris knocks it out the park. And for my north side peeps, they will have a second location off I-45 and 1960 soon. I may meet you there! Lol. They have a pretty thorough menu featuring over 30 flavors with names like Soulja Slim,(which I had on my first visit — BOMB), IDGAF, Chef Menteur, Super Sunday, etc. and a description of which mix goes in each. But, if you’re feeling creative, you can mix up your own concoction. The Soulja Slim has Hypnotiq, that INFAMOUS187 Octane and Mardi Gras flavors. Talk about ‘popped a molly, I’m sweatin’ — whooo!’ The Super Sunday has the mango, peach and Mardi Gras flavors. They also allow you to sample if you’re unsure about what to order. Prices start at $ 6 for a 16 oz. container(perfect for those solo hype missions; it’s enough to give you more than a buzz, especially if you get the right concoction). Many of my experienced lushes go for the 32 oz. baby jug for $ 12. I call this the ‘Spring Break Vegas’ option because CLEARLY, you’re not trying to be at work the next day if you’re sipping on one of these. You can also add shots of liquor for $ 1(a lot of places have this, though), in addition to syringe shots for $ 3 and line shots for $ 2. I think the prices are pretty reasonable considering the amount of alcohol you get(but, I’m hoping they don’t increase any time soon). They technically don’t serve food, but I’ve heard that they’ve offered crawfish, gumbo and other Nawlins favorites for special events. They do have NOLA pralines and Zapp’s potato chips regularly. There’s a small patio with limited outdoor seating and a couch area for seating near the entrance. There’s also a drive thru, but I prefer to go in for a more personal experience and to really study the menu. Their drinks are perfect for these hot summer weekends or relaxing by the pool(they also offer catering for parties and BBQs). They’re open everyday except Monday. Best of all, the customer service is great and your order is filled timely. Thankfully, I’ve yet to experience any ridiculously long lines. They have a regular customer in me, for sure!

Stopped by around 7:45 for a small daiquiri and they were out of small bottles. Why not give the customer a medium for the price of a small… that’s good customer service. But no, not these people. We were forced to buy a medium which we didn’t want because the flavor is not that great but we drove a good distance to get to this place. That’s OK because it’s the last trip we’ll make.

First, I have never been to Bourbon St, nor New Orleans for the matter, so this will an unbiased opinion. If these daquries are anything like thise if New Orleans, I’ll be even more excited for my stay later this month. The drive through has recently gone through upgrades with a new menu board, pricing based on size, and names with descriptions of each drink. You can tell a lot of thought and crafting went in to each recipe as Im never disappointed. My only negative comment is that almost every time I come here, they are usually out of an ingredient need for my frist drink of choice. But with so many options in the board, you should always be able to find multiple drinks youd like… maybe except for s’mores… not sure i would try that seasonal drink…

This place has good drinks. Not quite strong enough like the ones I’m use to back home. I’m from north Louisiana. I get them every now and then. I like the bottles they use. The candy is good too. Who doesn’t love NOLA pralines? If you’ve had them. Cool that this place is close to me.

Awesome awesome awesome!!! The daiquiri’s are totally awesome. Not to mention they also sell some New Orleans favorites. I can get a New Orleans style daiquiri and my all time favorite Elmer’s Chee Wee’s and can’t forget the praline candy. The drinks are always well blended with the perfect amount of alcohol and flavor for the perfect drink. You can also sit on the patio in front of the building and enjoy the weather with friends. They have a lot of different flavors to choose from and they are constantly adding to the list. Anytime you are in the mood for a New Orleans style daiquiri this is definitely the place to visit.

My first time going was last weekend, and i already been back! Their daiquiris are really good and they have reasonable prices. They are straight from New Orleans. I always get the house special. because i never can decide which flavors to put together, so the house special has them all. They have a drive thru, if you dont want to go in. But i hope they make another location on the SE, because i travel like 20 minutes just to get it. But its all worth it!
