Man that place sucks it stank it was horrible I waited for 5 hours for them to tell me a center close years ago and they had to contact Corp to release my information and the crazy part I never donated at that place before people if u have time to donate go ahead ugh I just so sick and the customer service is horrible I must say a prayer for them tonight I can go on and on I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there

The wait is never what they tell you it is. My first donation took over 6 hours (luckily I brought something to read) and the process as a whole just seemed very mismanaged. In the back, 15 – 20 of the machines were vacant while there were dozens of people waiting in the front.
I highly recommend not going here unless you are absolutely desperate for the money, which is $ 50 each for the first 5 donations.
