Im not impressed by this store lack of customer service. They are literally sitting around with no customer recognition. So when i did get some assistant he answered my questions stone face like are u kidding me. I came to Best Buy not Walmart, i would have stayed longer but couldn’t wait to get out of there ijs

Great Experience!’ I went in for a laptop for school but I am not Tech Savvy. Cedric saw that I was confused and needed help he came right up to me and ask me if I needed help and was so pleasant and knowledgeable about the computers and he knew what would work for me and what wouldn’t. And I must say I am extremely pleased with my new laptop. Thanks Cedric! #SN he was really cute too! Lol
