I bought a Living Social for a Mobile Hour-Long Massage and Mani/Pedi. My appointment was for 10 a.m. this morning. Not only did she NOT show up, but didn’t have the courtesy to even call. I left a text message but still haven’t been contacted. The good news is that Living Social will give me a refund. What a flake!

There needs to be a zero and this place needs to be sued, shut down, and the women who run it can never work with people ever again. I got a Groupon deal for a pedicure and a haircut in August 2012, called on a semiweekly basis to get an appointment, left a ton of messages… and no one replies. No one actually replied to my phone call until November 2012 and then several appointments were made, all of which were canceled for the following reasons: No water – where the hell do these people operate out of? «I’m too tired and don’t think I can do a good job today” – I can’t believe I let this one slide Then they forgot the other 4. I tried to patiently reschedule until I couldn’t take it anymore and asked why they keep canceling or forgetting my appointments and if it happens to anyone else. They of course said no and then offered a facial… which they never showed up to. Then I finally get put on the phone with Tiffany the manager who said she doesn’t want to help me NOW because I’d leave a bad review. They offered to refund my Groupon amount in December… I called them twice waiting for the check… it never came. It’s now the end of January of 2013 and no refund. So here’s the terrible review they deserve for being appalling, impolite, and with horrible attitude. I’m reporting this to the licensing board in addition to the review.

I am very curious to know why Unilocal would remove my comment. What is going on? I gave honest feedback on my horrible service and it is removed? So now I can assume just because a review is filtered it may be legit because I know my candor was removed. Very disappointing.

The most HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL place of business & associates ever!!! Bought a voucher for $ 99 unlimited massage for a year and to make first appointment, I had to call them countless times to get in touch with a person(it took 10 days and approx. 20 calls or more) and you can not even leave a voicemail. Finally got an appointment for a month later, No One Showed UP! Took 10 more days to get in touch with a person(I’ve Proof since I made all calls from my cell phone) and they were so rude and unprofessional, constantly cutting me off and condensing to me. I talked to Veronica and their Manager Tiffany– who is the worst of them all. She will make you feel awful because you paid for a «Deal» Her words were that people who buy deals do not get the same treatment. Do Not waste your time or money on this Awful Company.

I bought my wife a in-home mani/pedi massage. Its hard for her to get away from home with the new-born. Set up an appointment twice with this place. 1st was a no call no show. Rescheduled for another day because they claimed that somebody called in sick. Should have let their customers know. 2nd appointment is the same story. No call/no show, but now they do not answer their phones.
