Bear Creek Inn

If there is zero star, i would give it to them. The first thing you need to know is that there are bad bugs in the bed. it was not just one, its a bounch of bugs. I feel like i was falling into a bug nest. I completely dont undetstand how could people say it’s a nice and clean property. If you just take a look at the sofa in the lobby, it’s super DIRTY. They claimed that they cleaned every room, but the bugs come to you 20 mins after you laying on the bed. and the worst thing is that they are not gonna refund the money back even if it was completely their fault and nonprofessional.
By the way, the management is super rude, they were actually yelling at me for interrupting their business just because i was claiming a refund. It’s their policy to not refund, have you ever heard of that? You received such a bad service and you will not get refund. And that was only one and a half hour after i check in. I took a shower right after i check inn, and then went out to grab some food, then i came back. It was at most 20 mins before the bugs came out. I was using computer on the bad, i put one pillow at my back and one under my left elbow. When i looked down after straching a lot of my arms, there were 6 bugs on the pillow under my elbow, and i quickly jumped up and looked at the pillow behind me, i found a HUUUGE one on it. That was sooooo gross!!! So i took the picture and show them for a refund, but they diidnt even bother to look at it. And they even threated me have me arrested if i dont get out of their lobby. These ppl only care about the money, they had no concern for the customers. The whole thing ended up with they called a police officer who suggested me to file a dispute with my bank. If i wasn’t so lazy and just drove by, i would never go in there. It’s not about the bugs, it’s about the way they deal with their customers. It was only 70 bucks, but with this price you could have a much better hotel to live, there is a motel 6 only 3 miles away from this trash property. I am not advertising for motel 6, if you dont believe me, just live in each of these two property for a night and compare it yourself. By the way, the motel 6 is even cheaper than the Bear Creek Inn. If you dont wanna ruin your beautiful day with a horrible night, dont go there!!! It was the WORST place i have ever been to. They claimed that there is absolutely no bugs in a different room, but i saw a wasp inside the window of a another room when I went downstairs to pick up my stuff. All these tell me that these guys dont take their jobs seriously and they care about the money much more than their customers. Trust me, if you go there you are actually messing up with yourself. Finally, i hope you all find a wonderful place to stay, and get rid of these nonsense ppl.

The worst! My boo and I decided to get a room for the night here, and NEVER again will we return. The outside appearance isn’t too bad. .but the inside. «Whew». First thing that bothered me was, that there wasn’t a deadbolt lock on the door. Just ONE raggedy lock. Theeennn, there wasn’t a clock. How am I supposed to know to check out on time if there’s no clock? Thank God for cell phones and watches. Omggggg, then my boo told me the water was brown when she went to wash her face. I kid you not. .The water was brown. .The walls were thin and overall is wasn’t a pleasant experience. I wasn’t expecting much… but I sure wasn’t expecting that. I heard our neighbors whole conversation the walls were so damn thin. oh and the toilet paper… lol might as well get notebook paper bc it feels just like it! Glad I only needed a room for the night and not any longer..
