Customer service is like negative 0 if there was an option I waited 1 hour for my account to be opened. The Hispanic lady in the front just loves to chit chat all day long with clients that has no use for work. Very 0 knowledge about wiring money for the client. Does not take 1 hour for a savings to be opened. Never coming to this location again. Time is money learn that bbva

I left this bank when it was just COMPASS many years ago… I was getting a haircut nearby and needed cash. Went here. $ 4 for an ATM ??? Seriously? That is why I use credit unions. I have paid less at a strip club ATM. I mean come on $ 4? So this is not so much a scathing review of this particular bank as it is every BBVA Compass. need some cash? Not a Compass customer? Just keeeeeeeep on a driving. Cause you will pay out the wazooo here for using the ATM.

My review is for this bank location only. extremely poor product knowledge, high turnover rate with employees and just a terrible job of handling my personal and business needs. I had credit cards needlessly opened in my name that I had to cancel, I was charged wiring fees for after being told there would be no fees. was told by the manager that I would get refunded that money, and it never happened. They had no knowledge of a standby letter of credit for my business. Etc I could go on but at this point I decided to just close all my accounts. HA They even tried to tell me that they do not give receipts upon closing (REALLY ?) If you just need change for a $ 20 then this is a fine bank.
