Horrible. I came here to get my phone screen replaced. The employee told me the tech guy was not in but would be in at 1. So, I left and returned at 1:09. That same employee said, «oh, he called and he won’t be in until 2». Then he referred me to a competitor down the street!
What a joke.

They want to charge $ 100 for service to install an $ 8 battery. But they do not have any instock. Waste of time calling.

Visited the store for a 1616 battery. I could not find it anywhere else but they had it. They were very fast, helpful and even replaced the battery for me. Location is easy to find, across from Costco. Will definitely go back to this place in future.

These peeps are pretty helpful. They allowed me to test out some of their batteries with an old phone (since I didn’t know if it was a busted phone or a busted battery issue). They also sell lightbulbs and other random electronic knickknacks.
