Friendly staff even on busy times. The Commons at Willowbrook is a very nice place to hang out outside with exquisite seasonal flower beds… now add ice cream… heavenly :) And they DO have the fat free vainilla yogurt flavor, unheard of in the Stuebner Airline and Louetta. The star missing is on tidyness of place specially the restroom. That is a manager’ s issue not to organize the personnel. Good an Asian young man prone to serve mini scoops with mega attitude disappeared.

I had ordered a cake online from this location and it was supposed to be the rainbow style ice cream cake, when I received it it had only red, yellow and green on it. I’m not sure what the heck happened but I have no idea why they just left out the two other colors that was part of the description when I paid for said cake. Very annoyed that I couldn’t present the birthday cake I had wanted

Its been a while since ive been to baskin robins. And i have to say its still pretty good. I got the lemon custerd which could use a little more of the lemon taste. It wasnt sour but sweet. My mom got the Jamaican almond fudge and she liked it. She said it tastes like coffee and chocolate with a lot of almonds. The ice cream sits on top of the cone so i tried to push it down as i was eating it which helps. The place isn’t that dirty. Just the occasional sprinkle on the table and one or two napkins on the floor. The cone was nice and fresh and not stale. Our total was $ 6 and we had two regular small cones with one scoop. I posted a picture if you want to see it.

Friendly staff, let me taste whatever I wanted. Pretty dirty place tho, I was a little grossed out. Also, I was disappointed that the server didn’t put ice cream in the cone at all. She just literally put a single small scoop sitting right on top of an empty cone.
