I would give the cut 5 stars for sure! Atmosphere 5 stars but they were not friendly to me at all! Didn’t even say hi to me even though I sat there for an hour waiting on my husband. I didn’t really feel welcome in there, but I didn’t feel like I should leave, just that I was irrelevant because I wasn’t getting my hair done there.
Cut was great though! Go check out Nicole!!!

My boy Adrian has been cutting my hair for almost 3 years now And I can honestly say he is one of the best barbers in Houston. He’s very good with time so you won’t be waiting when you’ve set an appointment. Adrian pays a lot of attention to detail so he will leave you with a very fresh cut. When I leave his chair, I leave satisfied with my cut. So if you’re barber isn’t cutting it and you’re looking for a new place to get a cut, stop by and check out Adrian, you will be satisfied and won’t have to look for another barber again!

Real clean and welcoming place. They do the best edge ups and fades. You have to ask for Adrian. He takes his time and cuts the best for me and makes my edge up flawless. Recommend him and this place to anyone that gets their hair cut.

If I need my hair cut this is the only place I’ll go. Jarrod Gibbs does an awesome job and I am always more than satisfied before I leave. I used to get a high bald fade, side part cut and now I get my head shaved.
Hot towels, warm shave cream, and he never rushes. He takes his time and cares about his craft. It feels nice knowing I don’t have to worry about leaving with a messed up hair cut. I always leave feeling refreshed.

I had hard time finding a reliable barbershop when I moved to Houston until I found BSC. Always satisfied with my fade, great atmosphere, and they take appointments. I highly recommend this shop!

Been looking for a place to get a cut and my beard trimmed … So glad I found this place! Gio is a kickass barber as is everyone there, you can’t go wrong at this place! They even do walk ins I have never had to wait!

I went to the shop yesterday and it was by far the best hair cuts my kids have ever had, thanks to Gio! Will definitely be back.

BSC is not your typical barbershop. They do accept walk-​ins, but appointments are what drives this shop. Clean lines, attention to detail means you will get complements on your cut.
Best in Houston, bar none. Chris and his crew are top notch. Highly recommended.

Appt was «misunderstood» twice. Was made for the next week instead of the date set. First time, chalked it up to my mistake. After the second time, I knew who was to blame. I did think the haircut was good, but what is the point of going to a barber that can’t maintain an agreed upon appt.

Was looking for a new barber since I’ve moved here from SoCal and I walked in and immediately was caught off guard by rude employees. I’ll definitely pass this place up and keep moving. They barely even acknowledge or care if anyone walks on. I waited about 30 mins and no sign of anyone saying anything. Found another place.

3 minutes late to an appointment (made 2 weeks in advance and confirmed the morning of) and the barber skipped me and went to a walk-​in.
Was a consistent client, booked the next appointment after each haircut, paid cash (or they charger you an extra $ 2 to cover the fees), paid the «speciality haircut» rate which was not exactly kosher b/​c there nothing special about a standard fade, and always tipped 20%.
Guess I wasn’t a valued client and by the looks of other reviews I’m not alone… oh well.

New to the area and was looking for a place that could handle beard trims etc. Didn’t make an appointment as I wasn’t sure who was who. Kind of pricey at $ 32 for haircut and beard trim. Was pretty happy till I noticed (later) that my mustache was cleaned way high up off my lip. I’ll for sure give it another shot as several more bearded individuals were there and two barbers also had beards. But now I know I’ll need to make an appointment with someone else next time.

Love the new hair style first time going here and for being a walk in I was taken care off real quick and with the person that I was looking forward, Nicole defiantly recommend just schedule and appt you won’t be disappointed

First time coming here, good looking place walk in took about 2 hours! Not the best customer service give it a 2 stars just because they don’t see you as a client. plus they are very slow.

They’re all great with working on beards. Even with haircuts.
Just go. You owe it to yourself to try it out.

Best cuts in town. I’ve always been extremely particular with my hair, Miguel never leaves a single hair out of place. No matter what seat your in, your walking out knowing you’ve got the cleanest cut in town.
If your looking for a 5 minute cut, this probably isn’t your place. These guys give the highest attention to detail. Make an appointment or be prepared to wait patiently.

Just started letting the beard grow so was searching for somewhere relatively close that knew what they were doing… this place has it down! ISMAEL took care of it and did a great job!
To respond to someone here that said they were 1 minute late and told they would have to wait… here’s an idea for ya… how about show up on time for an appointment YOU made… the world does not revolve around you sir… I am sure if you had the common courtesy of calling to inform them you were running behind they would have waited an extra minute… although I highly suspect your minute is probably a few more than ONE in reality. If I am not 10 minutes early to an appointment I consider myself late and will inform those waiting on me, it’s called being considerate of others and THEIR time and schedule.
If you are looking for a place that has good conversation, good haircuts, knows how to handle everything from the electric clippers to the straight razor, then this a place to check out!
