I love Bar Louie Restaurant… I’ve probably experienced most or all of the waiters and for the most part, the service that I get is on point!!! The General Manager Ms. Keri is very down to Earth and not ashamed to come out and greet her guests!!! And if everything was not perfect she wants to know what they can do to improve!!!
I love, love, love the DIVA (martini)!!! Whether happy hour or not!!! The food is very good as well!!!
I love Bar Louie so much that I had my Birthday Evwnt there in their Upstairs arrangement!!!

Came here for happy hour. They had drink specials but mainly came for the food special which was super cheap! $ 5 for burger and tots on Tuesday that’s a bet! Substitute for fries if you want. You get to choose any of their specialty burgers as part of the special. We each got different burgers and tried each one.
Sat in the patio and had a nice view of the Willowbrook parking lot lol

My drink was delivered ¾ths full.
The manager came over to say that was normal, but yet the drink on display was more full than the drink delivered to me.

One of my favs. I love the atmosphere. My favorite martini is the clover. Great happy hour M-​F 4−7pm.

I took my wife and two girls there on a Tuesday for happy hour and burgers. The service was excellent. Our Martinis were excellent. The ceviche was very good and my wife liked the calamari. My burger was way over cooked and dry not at al moist. Ok it was happy hour so the burger miscue can be overlooked. We will be back and enjoyed our time there.

Bar Louie is set up in a prime spot for heavy foot traffic. Unfortunately the bartenders and host staff aren’t trained well enough to do their job professionally. My wife and I visited the spot twice in the past month on the weekend. Each time we had to beg for drinks even though there were several people behind the bar. In my opinion, if the bar staff has time to stop working and have a debate among themselves, they should have time to at least recognize patrons and issue a menu. On our last visit three bar staff members stared my wife and I in the face and said nothing. On the fourth time, I asked, «Excuse me Sir! Do you mind if my wife and I buy a bottom of wine?» That got three people’s attention. The couple sitting next to my wife and me said, «Damn man. I had to threaten a guy to get our drink order.
I guess, when the workload gets deep, the bar staff get lazy. We will not be patronizing this establishment in the future.

Horrible service. I can’t really comment on food as we finally just walked out. Nice looking place with a great patio but I doubt I’ll ever be back.

Last Saturday, I was on my way to a holiday party and happened to see an open parking spot in front of the bar, so I decided to go in for a quick drink.
I was quickly greeted upon entering. It wasn’t very packed so there was ample seating at the bar. All of the bartenders were so attentive and constantly coming over to check if I needed anything.
I tried the Grand Lemon Drop, which had a nice kick to it. The Diva was a cool, sweet pineapple type of drink but my favorite was The Clover which had Hennessey and orange juice. I ended up getting 2 of those. It was absolutely delicious.
Needless to say, I had a nice buzz going so I ordered the Pig and Pepper sliders. It was good. I wasn’t blown away though. I like big portions and it wasn’t very much but I shouldn’t be so greedy.
I’m definitely coming back during M-​F happy hour from 4−7pm to try their half off apps and definitely get my drinks for $ 5.25 as opposed to $ 9.

I finally got a chance to try this place out last night (Friday) and it was nothing like I expected… So my friend and I came in about 9pm, the place wasn’t to busy, so we sit at the bar. The bartender came over right away and took our order, I first ordered a berry mojito and tempura shrimp, but they were out of batter for the shrimp so I ordered crispy calamari instead. My berry mojito was okay but I couldn’t even enjoy it, it was so many seeds and different stuff floating in it that every time i sipped i would have to spit out multiple seeds, but the calamari was good… My friend ordered a drink called «the diva» and voodoo pasta, first they brought her out the wrong meal because of the bartender put it in wrong then about 20 minutes later they brought the right meal out but it had no shrimp in it, so it had to be sent back for shrimp to be added. So 3 mess ups on 1 order… Then we both ordered a s’more martini which was really good! I think I’ll be back only because its convenient.

It is a cool spot to go and have a drink at. My friend and I went on Sunday and of course it was packed. We order drinks and chilled outside which was really cool. We didn’t order food so I can’t say how the food taste. I can say that no one ate anything. One thing I can say is it takes for ever to pay for your tab. I mean there wasn’t anyone in there and two employees.

Came in to bar louie tonight around 9 and met a girl friend! Stephanie who usaly waits on me was bartending and mixing excellent Bloody Mary’s and mango margaritas! We ordered the Tuscan chicken pasta. I have to say it was exactly what we wanted! Hot food and great drinks! I’ve been coming here for a while now and I will be coming back. …

Great atmosphere, patio and MUSIC. Drinks and food were good It’s a little slow getting food. Wait staff was super nice.
We’ll definitely be going back. It’s a nice place to relax, eat, drink, watch some football or listen to music.

While this restaurant/​bar has been open for almost a yea I have never visited it. Last weekend I finally got by. Walking up to it after parking my car I saw many people sitting outside enjoying the weather. They even have a gas fed fire pit which I am sure will get popular as the weather cools. Inside I noticed that I like the décor and the large open space with many tables for dining and drinking along with a big bar that has many TV’s. There is even a 2^nd floor that overlooks the main floor andhas a separate outdoor balcony with seating. I liked what I saw.
Upon being presented a menu I went with the recommendation of my waitress who said the voodo chicken was the best. When it arrived about 15 minutes later it looked nice. Chicken and sausage with bell peppers bathed in a golden brown sauce with a nice serving of rice beside it. The chicken pieces were good (3), the sausage was very good with a lot of flavor (4) and the sauce with a lot of flavor was very good too (4). I was pleased however the rice let me down. Most of it was a little hard (2). That’s too bad because this meal begs to have good rice to mix with it and I didn’t have it. Perhaps if you order this dish your rice will be better and I promise you will enjoy the meal.
For me though I can only go a 3 for now. My service was good and I will go back because I think the food will be better next time and I think this could be a really nice place to hang out.

This place is trendy and fun. The bartender was really nice and quick. The restaurant was somewhat busy but everything went smoothly.
We order drinks and the Trio Chips & Dips. The cheese dip came out a little burnt and the bartender (Jonell) replaced it quickly.
I would recommend this place and I will come back. The drinks were great!

Nice location and nice place overall. Friends and I had a long day at work and we were looking for a new place to chill. Unilocal brought us here.
Ok so the service we got was actually pretty decent. I never order something from the drink menu and I am surprised that our server knew what liquors they have available that night and even recommended some variations. Ha, five points for Ravenclaw.
The atmosphere is extremely cozy! The outside patio is so inviting. You sit on these upscale, posh sofas, warmed by outdoor fireplaces, covered by dark umbrellas. Enjoy your drink, talk about how horrible your bosses are and how horrible your day went, and just cherish the overall pleasant feeling of this place.
The night we came in, it actually started raining and we moved to a booth inside. But if you can, I suggest sitting outside.

Good food. Good drinks. Great atmosphere inside the bar. Been here three times now and it’s been a great experience every time. The only thing that was a down fall at this place was a Moscow Mule, ordered it once and it was not good, they need to find a new recipe. Have had many Moscow mules at different bars and restaurants and the one here is by far the worst one. It tasted more
like sweet and sour mix on rocks than anything else.

Stopped by on a wed. Night the male and female working the bar were super nice and very entertaining! I got the wings. They are really good. Real good quality white meat. I would suggest the Buffalo flavor. The fuego are ok buffalo was very tasty. Lots of tvs to catch the games. Great spot to get some food and or have some drinks. Text Willowbrook to 52 051 and get a free appetizer.
Also I tried the brisket sliders and they were ok. I wouldn’t get them again. Wings were excellent though.

Bar Louie is located in the same building as Willowbrook Mall. It’s located next to the newly established Nordstrom Rack.
This is a walk-​in and seat yourself place. For my recent trip, I had to walk around looking for clean tables. Tables were not cleaned. They have seating throughout the place: upstairs, bar, main floor, and outdoor.
Food I’ve tried:
Chicken Nachos (²⁄₅):
Grilled chicken, queso, black beans, fresh jalapeño, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, tortilla chips.
Chicken was used or cooked again because it was not fresh at all. Where’s queso… it went hiding. I could only find it on like 3 chips. I was disappointed but not disappointed because I was hangry. Yes, hangry**.
Roasted Vegetable Flatbread (⁴⁄₅):
Fresh spinach & artichoke sauce, tomato, mushrooms, basil, balsamic onions, provolone, mozzarella.
I’m not a vegetarian, and this was still enjoyable! I recommend you try this! My only complaint was that it was more on the oily side. It’s shareable too!
Backyard BBQ Burger & Portabella Burger (³⁄₅):
Cheddar, barbecue sauce, bacon, fried onion strings (Backyard BBQ)
Grilled portabella, queso fresco, fresh spinach, tomato, onion, roasted red pepper, pesto mayo (Portabella)
Our waiter recommended these two burgers for us. I was actually impressed by their burgers. Patties are huge. I’d recommend the Backyard BBQ over Portabella, for it has more flavor. Bacon and fried onion strings… what can go wrong with that? Portabella was decent, it wasn’t bad plain but just needed some kind of addition to it in my opinion.
The service is a hit or miss. My first time, everything went well, which made me come back for Round 2. My recent trip here was horrible. Apparently, the kitchen «blew up due to the amount of people» 30 minutes before I arrived with a friend. Our waiter stated the kitchen will be closed for approximately 30 minutes, so we waited drinking our margaritas. Thirty minutes pass so we ask our waiter if we can order. He said he will ask the manager… It was probably another 15 minutes later when we could finally order. In addition, another 20 minutes before we got an appetizer**. Unfortunately, Bar Louie needs more people in the kitchen or learn how to manage when the place gets busy. I’ve experienced better.

A girlfriend of mine and I came here one Tuesday night about 10ish after realizing my favorite margarita spot was closed for the night. I’d never been here but heard good things about it. We came in and sat at the bar. The place was very spacious and pretty crowded for a Tuesday night but not overly crowded or noisy. The ambiance was very sexified. Lol there were a lot of couples, older and younger. The ambiance was very laid back with a grown-​up feel. From glancing at the menu I realized they have $ 5 burgers and fries on Tuesdays (which my friend ordered). It was cold out so the couple next to me recommended I try the Irish Whiskey topped with Baileys. It was really good! I wasn’t very hungry so I ordered an appetizer of grilled shrimp. They were also yummy! Our waitress was great and very attentive. I loved this place and will be back!
