I recently moved to the area and needed locks changed in my new house. I also knew I wanted better security in door locks than the deadbolts available at the big home improvement retail stores. I picked Baker Safe & Lock out of a list because they were close to my office and went to see them one day.
From that first meeting until the job was complete, this company was great to work with. They showed up on time and did a great job installing new locks and high-​security strike plates. I originally told them that all three doors had existing deadbolts, and found out only a couple of days before installation that one of the three had no deadbolt at all — but they took it in stride and didn’t charge me any more for a clean install. When the installer realized that someone had made a mistake and sent two double-​cylinder locks and one single-​cylinder instead of the reverse that I had asked for, he didn’t say he’d be back in a few days, as I sort of expected — he went to a nearby distributor and picked up the correct lock, and completed the installation the same day.
All in all, I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from Baker Safe & Lock.
