My mother recently had her Chrysler Town & Country repaired after an accident. The work appeared to be satisfactory yet upon further inspection, I noticed a side panel was damaged and a flashlight was missing. I talked to one guy who pretended to have the authority to make a decision on the matter until he looked at the damaged panel. He tried to make me think this was a virtual optical illusion and that his co-workers had nothing to do with it then he passed the buck to Edward, his manager. Edward asked me what was fixed on the van, I’m already thinking this guy is not even aware of the work involved with this. Edward told me in a very smooth way that it wasn’t their fault and they’d look for the flashlight. They found the flashlight. i thanked him and left. I know the customer is not always right. I know people come in and claim things that never happened. I’m not one of those. I know that the panel had to be removed in order to fix the van.
