What an utter disappointment! My husband calls them this morning to get someone out to fix our dryer. I stay home from work to take care of it. They were to come 10 am to 1 pm. Come 1:30 pm, I call. I tell customer service I need to know the status. They take my number so the repair person can call me and at least give me his ETA. 3:30 pm I call again to find out what’s going on, they don’t even have record of my call at all. I mean seriously! If you are too busy, tell me. I could’ve called another repairman and had it fixed by now. Now I am no better off that I started this morning.

My dryer went out a few days ago and I didn’t want to buy a brand new dryer quiet yet, so I decided to call a dryer repair guy. My close friend referred me to Authorized Appliance Repair. I called them and schedule an appointment to have them come to my home and repair my dryer. They came to my house and fixed my dryer. I am very happy that I didn’t have to spend a lot of money for a new dryer. I would recommend them to my friends and family members.

I used this business to repair a dryer that was making a load rumbling noise. After the tech finished, my dryer’s vent was not hooked up to the outside vent and it started making a squealing noise (new). It ran for 3 cycles and then it stopped. When I called to have the tech returned, he couldn’t because ‘he had an accident and no vehichle to get to my house, and he was a professional, he fixed my dryer’. Ha! He made it worse … some professional.
