Horrible place to live! If I could give a –5 star rating I would. The office staff members at Augusta are rude, unprofessional and heartless. I lived here with my family for about seven years and would not recommend it to anyone. There were two major problems I encountered while living here that seem to keep repeating themselves over the years. First, the staff is constantly changing and throughout the seven years I can honestly say there was not one office staff member of Augusta that actually gave a crap about their residents, which brings me to the maintenance staff. The maintenance staff here sucks as well, although I know they more than likely get their«slop it up but make it look good» orders from management that’s exactly what they do. Also the property management company is constantly changing which is a for sure sign that these apartments are no good. The other issue I had with Augusta is the crime. I know crime and bad people are EVERYWHERE and sadly there is nothing we can really do about it but I mean dang my two vehicles were broken into a total of five times over the past seven years and each time I reported it to the office they basically said nothing and did nothing. I’ve stayed in some pretty rough areas of town before(I’m a Princess on a budget, please don’t judge) and never got my car broken into. What really pissed me off is that both of my cars were super basic cars, nothing about them said«get in me, she gots the good stuff» and each time they broke in they got nothing, took nothing(except for the last time) but left a lot of damage for me to repair which cost me hundreds each time. So my car got broken into this last time in November 2012(they broke the window again and ripped out my door panel?) which I’m not even going to tell you how much that cost me to repair and then a few days later the pipe in the unit next door to us burst again(this happened about 3 – 4 times while we were living there) flooding out the entire downstairs floor of my townhouse causing damage to a lot of my belongings; I REALLY dislike moving but at that point I knew it was TIMETOGO. We moved in January of this year and I’m super glad I did.
