Last Friday, i went to website to order iPhone 6, the website had crashed and then I called them and no one ever answered! So I went to this Place and I was scared to go inside because of bad reviews. Anyway, went inside and there were a lot of people, probably for the same reason. They took my name and I asked how long it was going to take. I said to myself, this is going to take all day. I was getting frustrated and I had no choice but to wait. Oh boy! Was I surprised ! It took less than 5 mins to call my name. The clerk was attentive and told him about the website and phone call. Also I was kind of worry that they would tell me Its not time for an upgrade. He apologized and pull up my account and sold me my iPhone plus!!! It took him less than 8 min! I was happy then. Yay!

I was frustrated with the information I could find about Go Phone plan online. So, I decided to come here to talk to a real person on my day off. I was first greeted by a couple of pretty and friendly staff. I started to talk about my scenario, one greeter stopped me, «oh, you have to talk to him,» while pointing a guy behind the podium and the other greeter walked away. Ok, let me repeat what I just said to her. Guess what? I got the same answer as the other reviewer said«call customer service.» Really? I still can’t figure out what is the purpose of a store. I really hate to come to this strip mall. Because the cars on the feeder road are moving as fast as on the freeway. I figured out a safer way to get out of the parking lot — exit on Bellerive(side street), make a left turn and another left to the feeder road; or, go straight to meet Fondren.

Had issues with my iPhone 5 not receiving LTE services. Instead, the representative walked out on me after dialing AT&T service phone. Did I need to drive myself to the store just to make a phone call?
