Worst store I’ve ever been to. I was told there would be a 15 minute wait to return an unused car charger, easy transaction. I watched 3 – 4 employees stand around talking about Christmas lights while three people including myself just stood there, waiting. Actual return transaction took about 8 minutes, go to ANY OTHER LOCATION if possible.

I wouldn’t say they were helpful nor did they really care. With the lady who scoffed at the reason as to why I came in the store, I would have preferred to have gone to another location. Usually, when you go into a store, there is someone to greet you… in my case, they just looked at you and hoped someone else would do their job. Needless to say, never coming back here and this is the most convenient location for me.
