very unprofessional. cancelled, late appointments then verbally attacked and hung up on me. I was only being stern, no cursing or name calling or «personal attacks». The woman who runs this co needs mental help, just listen to the voicemail, she can’t even sound pleasant on it.

Try another AC company.

Stay way way far away from this AC company. I had previously and mistakenly chosen this company to service my SW Houston rental home.
Their owner and techs are extremely nasty. If you mistakenly choose this company to service your ac or heating units and try and schedule a service date, you may be suddenly told that they no longer service your neighborhood, and that they are recording your conversation, unprecedented in a service business that relies on customer relations and referrals.
The only good advise I received from their owner is that there are thousands of other ac companies to choose from in Houston, boy was he right about that.
Please avoid trying to do business with Artic Air, it is not worth the aggravation.
