The food was mediocre at best, almost inedible at worst. Just very, very «meh». This place makes Chili’s and TGIFriday’s food look like fine, upscale cuisine.
The service was VERY good, but could not make up for the poor food quality.
I will not be going back and certainly would not recommend it to anyone.

Ordered take out and came inside to see my food waiting for me behind the service desk. I asked the bartender can she get someone for my pick up order and she pointed at someone else walking and told me to flag her down. It took about 7 minutes for someone to realize I was waiting on my order.

Was staying near by and stopped here. We live in Austin and usually choose Chili’s over Applebee’s. We sat in a booth in the bar area to watch March madness games and didn’t realize until after we sat down that it was smoking. I guess we are spoiled with living in Austin where there is no smoking in restaurants. We ordered chips and salsa and wow was the order small… we had like 20 chips. The other food we ordered was ok but nothing that great… burger was ok and shrimp were ok. Service was ok.

The $ 5 Bahama Mamas were so good my boyfriend and I had 2 each with our wanton tacos for appetizers. I’ve never been to this location and it was a pleasantly nice visit. Our waiter was nice and quick with our service. The drinks were the first thing he mentioned so that was a plus. We didn’t know they had some alcohol beverages for reasonable prices. He was very informative as well with the menu. They don’t have their sides listed but he was able to give me a brief list of what they offer. I had the Bourbon chicken and shrimp with a loaded baked potato which was so yummy and seasoned just right. The temperature wasn’t cold or to hot. Overall my experience was really good and if I’m in the area I’ll definitely be returning.

Tried to have lunch here today with my wife and my mother. After sitting there for about 8 mins I used the call waiter button on the electronic device at the table, no one came. After 15 mins. Of waiting, we bailed on this place. We only have an hour lunch, and have no time for bad or lazy service.

The outside was more inviting than the inside. I sat at the bar and ordered a strawberry margarita. Strawberry margarita didn’t have much flavor to it. I ordered an order of chicken wings. The chicken wings were overcooked. But the young lady that took my order was very nice.

I have work as a waiter for many years i have never had the most worst service ever. My mess up my and my sister order he never wrote it down when he came back we told him that the mess up he said that s what you ask for, me and my sister told him nicely to please right the order next time he told it the wrong way and that when everything when to hell. He took 30 minds to split 2 check tried to charge us for 2 wings even for they where unlimited. And before we left he gave us a smart ass remark and that when i took my tip back never go to this places it trash getto just like the people that work there.

My 1st time here and the service was great. My waiter was very attentive and nice. He checked backed regularly. The food was ok it wasn’t seasoned much. I had put alot of salt on my fries and burger. The burger tasted like they just cooked ground meat and forgot to add seasoning. I dont thinknit was work 10.90 just for a burger and fries.

I ate here with the family during lunch time. We all ordered different meals, but we all agreed that the food was disgusting that tasted like it came straight out of a can. Don’t come here if you’re expecting quality food. It’s not worth your hard-​earned money.

Typical Abblebee’s. If you’ve been in the good ‘olé USA any amount of time, you know exactly what to expect.
This location was clean. Waitress was friendly. Appetizers were A-​OK. Nothing to write home about.
Decent amount of parking.

Horrible place never going again! My hubby finds a hair on his food & it’s clearly not from someone’s head but the assistant manager acted like she didn’t care! Very rude! The general manager saw nobody ate our food because seeing that disgusted us all & still charged us all our meals! $ is not a issue it’s the principle of the things! Why should we have to pay for something we didn’t eat! Very bad service here! Never going here again

Attention all underage kids! Looking for a great restaurant that will serve you without carding? Look no further than Applebee’s. With their sub-​par steak dinners, largely incompetent wait staff, and dirty floors, this place is sure to be a crowd pleaser!
On a serious note though, card your guests; you’re just begging for the TABC to shut the place down.

This place was beyond bad, I can see why nobody likes Applebee’s anymore. I ordered two drinks and was charged for an entire meal, the wait-​staff and bartender were rude and argued with me over small things, manager wouldn’t even talk to my group or me at all even when we asked… The people in my group who did order food were very unsatisfied with how poor the quality was. Only good thing that came out of this place was the drinks. When they decided to actually serve them to us.

Believe the reviews. We ordered sampler platter. Oh my terrible was not the word to describe the preparation of the food. They were out of sprite. Served us food no silverware. All around poor service. Get it together people. Where is the good customer service?

The prices were average, but the portions were much smaller than Chilli’s. Even the kids were not satisfied with their portions. It was like we got lunch portions but were charged dinner prices. The $ 2.50 drink special was a pretty good deal though. I guess they’re helping Americans learn portion control.

got my 1st ever case of food poisoning here from the shrimp Alfredo. maybe that was my bad because I knew the food was nasty.
I do still go here for the half priced apps & 2.50 $ house margaritas.
