It took forever just for them to get started on my pedicure my feet were just floating in water for a whole hour the jets wasn’t in on ! When they finally decided to assist me the customer service was great the only down side is none of the tools used on my feet were new nothing came out of a package which can lead to toe fungus or infection and I didn’t even see them disinfect the tools be careful ladies and gentlemen

Always clean when I come in. They also have good customer service and offer you a beverage. Jennifer did an excellent job on my nails. I’m very impressed and well worth the price.

Out of the three times I’ve been there everything has gone amazingly. The past time I went they kept switching me between people which isn’t a huge problem but it could be avoided. The work they do is really good and I will continue to go there since it’s great prices and close to where I live.

This place is good and clean I only gave three stars because I spent eighty dollars and my nails came out okay. They were too big and square. My feet were done fine. I wanted more natural nails and my nails came out very thick and kinda humpy after the shellac polish you could notice it more but. Hey. I would give them another shot just because I inow they are clean and they actually talk and understand you

I was very displeased with my visit, however they normally do a decent job. I prefer Tiffany to do my nails. One of the nail techs told me that it would only be a few minutes before I get seated. it turned out to be at least 20. I asked for a refill and one nail fix for a white tip powder. She attempted to do it, but failed horribly. I got frustrated because she told me I now had to wait for the original nail tech, Tiffany, to come do it. After 2 hours, I’m finally serviced. When I get to the register to pay, I was quoted a totally different amount than originally told smh. This was my last time spending my cash at this place.

I stopped here today because I saw that they had a sign that said spa pedicure and color shellac $ 15 each. It’s close to my job. When I went to pay my total was $ 40. They didn’t honor the shellac price above the door. My manicure and pedicure were not that great. My cuticles were not clipped properly on the manicure and my feet are a little rough. The shellac also isn’t smooth. It’s very clean and aesthetically pleasing inside. I’ll my sticking to my current nail salon.

I loved this place when I first started coming but seems like now they’re kind of starting to fall off. As far as the place it’s really nice and classy but their nail technicians somewhat suck now. The lady who used to be my favorite messes up way too much that when someone ask for her she’ll rush on my mani. Hopefully they get better mani techs. I will continue to go.

The ladies here were amazing! My fiancé got a pedicure while i did my nails. He had some bad cracks and she noticed. Took her time and cleaned him up great without hurting him.
My nail tech took her time as well. Paid attention to every little bubble and detail in my nails. They even made a recommendation on the powder color which i was a little leery of but i Love how they turned out!
We will be back for sure!

Been here a few times. Some experiences were ok, others were great. Just like any salon or nail salon it really depends on who is doing the work. I will say it’s one of the cleanest places I’ve been to. They put a plastic looking bag in the pedicure sink so you’re not putting your feet in a bowl that a hundred other feet have been in… which I love. Customer Service is always great. Tina is my lady here. She shows great attention to detail. Good place to go if you’re in a hurry and not to mention the prices are decent. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Sloppy, rushed, and not relaxing. The water was too hot for the first 10 minutes. Not until the lady told me to put my feet in the water for the third time did she finally fix that. I asked her to use certain tools she had and she tried telling me no. Also, my toe nails are bubbly and sick looking. Don’t go here.

This was my sexond time coming here. Loved my nails and the staff was very nice and attentive both times. They had a god variety of shellac colors which I liked and the application was very well excuted.

Quite possibly the worse mani I’ve ever had. Wish I would have had the guy working do them. My girl was sloppy, my refill was amateur and bulky and she knew it was a crap job. Won’t be back.

The place is nice and clean and relaxing. but becareful they’ll tell you one price and then another when your paying. I PAID 75 JUST FOR A MANI-​PEDI. WITH SHELLAC. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The so called two week shellac peeled off the very next day, and they didn’t even do a good job on my nails. I will never return here id rather drive way out to louetta to Leque nails and spa.

I was a client at Apple Nails but won’t be anymore since Larry is no longer there. He was the best technician there and usually the only one that was always busy. They were never busy so how they could let Larry leave, the one making them money, beats me.

Usually, I get my nails done at a place closer to my home, but they are always super busy. This morning, I decided to get a pedicure at Apple Nails. Larry, whom I was told is the manager is extremely good at his job and you can tell that he really enjoys what he does. My nails were done very nicely and they have a large selection of quality polish brands. The salon is extremely clean and professionally ran. They even offered me a beverage. I plan on bringing my mom there later on. What a great salon.

$ 7 polish change, attention to customers and attention to detail was lacking. The facility is nice and clean though.

I recently moved to Houston & was seeking a new place to get my manicures & pedicures. I saw positive reviews here on Unilocal,so I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. Michelle was my technician & she was great. She was very helpful in deciding which type of manicure would work best for me. I will definitely go back here. Thank you for awesome service!

I was new to Houston and I was looking for a good nail tech. Whenever I saw ladies with nice nails I would ask where they got them done. So I saw a girl at the gas station whose nails were so cute but square shaped. I asked her who did them and she said Larry at Apple Nails.
I was a little nervous at first because I wear almond shaped, long nails that need to be a little on the thicker side (and not everyone that claims to do them can). But I thought I’d give it a try because it’s right around the corner from the best friend’s house and I hadn’t had much luck yet.
OMG… I’m so glad I decided to go. I’ve been going to probably 4 months or so now and I will not go to anyone else. My nails are pretty much perfect every single time I go! I get so many compliments on my nails! It’s never an issue if I end up changing my mind, messing something up, etc.(I always seem to have nail drama). Another thing I love about Larry that’s super important to me, he listens! If I ask for something I get it :)
I am very anal and super picky about my nails and I don’t have to worry about ANYTHING with Larry.

This is my 3^rd time coming here and I am extremely impressed with this place. They have been opened for 7 months now and they are booming. Today I happen to come on a busy day but the way they attended and handled the customers was amazing. I don’t get my nails done often I am not that much of a girlie girl but when I do get my nails done i have high expectations. Today and for the first time a man did my nails. I am guessing he is either the owner or the manager because his nail table is right by the cashier and the ladies that work there ask him questions and answer to him.
I will say that this man was the fastest I have ever seen doing nails, and he does it good. Wow, I was truly amazed! I wanted to add a little diamond this time and I told him he can decide where to add it I trust him. He laughed and he added the diamonds and it looks beautiful. I also got my eyebrows waxed and the lady who did it did a great job as well.
I truly felt good here and for just $ 25 full set not bad I will be coming here again so far so good thank you apple nail!
