Though there’s not necessarily anything terrible about them, these guys can sometimes be very difficult to get a hold of. They are good about calling me to remind me of my quarterly service. They are good with roaches and insects but do not seem to be very knowledgeable about rodents. They disregarded some specific requests I made, and I wasn’t too happy about that. I also had an appointment scheduled at a certain time and the guy did not show up. I wasn’t able to reach him until almost 5 hours later at which point, I’d had had enough and that was the end of my business with them.
