Went in yesterday. I asked for sensitive glue and I end up with bloodshot eyes. After doing much research about it, I came to a conclusion that I had chemical pink eye. I called in to ask if I should get them removed and she said that it’s not pink eye and that I would need to pay $ 25 to get them removed. This is really unacceptable, the store should be giving me the refund of my full set.

I have heard rest things about amazing last studio from friends so I was wanting to try it out! I originally was planning to go to river oaks location and they did not respond to my online request or pick up the phone so I decided to go to this location. I set an appointment up in the morning for a 3 o clock appointment. I clearly stated it is my first time and I have never been to the studio before. Unfortunately, I missed my 3 o’clock appointment and so they offered a 5oclock spot open. I immediately took that opening and she already had my information from my call earlier that day. It took me an hour to get to the location bc of the traffic time. When I finally get there and check in, Carman at the front desk tells me that I am with a master stylists so I have an additional up charge of $ 40 along with the intro rate of $ 79.99. Then she states she«got me confused with another lady» and was unaware that I was new and just assumed I was gonna do it bc I already drove all the way down here. If it’s your first time, make sure you ask about any additional charges. Really upset about this. But thanks for trying to get me in anyway.

My lashes have not lasted more than 2 weeks and by the third week I almost have to get a full set. They were blaming it on my lashes saying that it’s because my lashes are weak. Yes they are weak because of the amount of lashes and lashes used on there. My last visit my eyes were hiring because the technician was heavy handed with the glue. I decided enough was enough and took my business over to Lashes by Ann where my lashes have lasted up to 4 weeks and looked incredible. I am so much happier with the results there and will NEVER come back to amazing lashes again.

NOW I remember why I stopped going to this location and instead drove an hour away to the Vintage Park location! After waiting almost 30 minutes for my stylist(which if you are even 15 minutes late your appointment is canceled) she comes to get me to get started. She prepped one eye at a time(I’m used to them doing both). Halfway through the first eye she leaves! I’m thinking maybe she went to the restroom which is understandable but nothing is said when she comes back! Well at least not to me. Once it was over my eye is burning and my makeup is in disarray. NONE of this ever happens at my other location. When I go to check out and tell them my disappointment I’m told that was just today because she is tired! The receptionist couldn’t find my membership. Just a horrible experience.

Manager asked to meet with me after my last appointment to discuss my dissatisfaction with the front desk staff. She seems earnest and professional, determined to turn things around with staffs treatment of clients via telephone, etc. I’m impressed with her forthright and proactive approach and willing to offer my continued patronage contingent on the discussed improvements. After getting my lashes done here the past 2 years I still can’t give it more than 3 stars. Ashley is still the one who does my lashes and again, it’s because of her that I return. The front desk staff seems to have A LOT of turnovers; they are still abrupt and rude. I absolutely hate calling this place for any reason or talking to anyone who isn’t my stylist. I can only blame management for their lack of training and decisions on hiring. It’s sad that I only come here once a month and I still don’t like dealing with this place. I was told a few months ago that my price will increase by $ 10 each visit because I have a «master» stylist. Unfortunately this place has taken enough of my money… it’s time I start looking into other lash studios who will appreciate my business.

I came here the day before I flew out to Dominican Republic for my wedding. My eyelashes looked beautiful! …until I got a really bad reaction to the glue and got pink eye. I don’t know if there is a way to test the glue to your skin before they are applied? Wish they would of worked out for me :(

I have been going here for 2 years now and I honestly don’t know why I keep going back. Probably because of the convenient location to my job. 8 out of 10 refills are not done right. I have had to go back multiple times for corrections. So I went in today for a refill and upon check out I was told my fee is $ 10 more because I used a master stylist. The lady was like«OH didn’t anyone tell you?» Then she points to the sign. The sign that wasn’t there when I checked out. There were 2 clipboards on the counter when I signed in and I am 200% sure that sign wasn’t there. I told her I shouldn’t have to pay for a new policy that they didn’t make me aware of. They didn’t give me a chance to decide if I wanted a master stylists or not. I honestly don’t care who does the lashes. I used the same lady the last time and within a week the corners of my eyelid were empty. So I really don’t know why she is a master. I asked to speak to a manager and she came and she too said she wasn’t able to waive the $ 10. She said it was a policy they posted a month ago that was effective April 25th. Well I got my lashes done 3 weeks ago and that sign wasn’t there either. I went ahead and paid because I am not trying to get arrested for not paying for services. But their corporate office would hear from me. Thankfully, this is the last month on my membership.

I had to break contract with amazing lash BC my eyelids were extremely irritated and my eyes have not been fully recovered yet. I had my doctor write a letter so I could stop the contract, yet 3 months later I am still getting billed for services not rendered. What the hell. I followed your instructions and got the doctor’s note.

So the lashes didn’t last a week for me. Everywhere I went an eyelash was falling out. I never once rubbed my eyes & I sleep on my back so that had nothing to do with it. Will never come back. I’m very disappointed, I wanted to like this place because a lady spoke really well about them at my job but I will not waste my money on this joke establishment anymore. The owners should consider extended training for all employees. Do not waste your time here. They don’t want your money.

When you are a customer of 6 months — and the previous time was a full-set — and go again for a touch-up — and your esthetician says it’s a touch-up — but you get charged for a full set, then ask to see the manager, then get told s/he’s not there, call then don’t get a return call, call AGAIN and STILL don’t get a return call — That’s when you cut patronage. I go to Hang. She is amazingly fast & highly talented. She knows lashes & how to take care of them so that they last. Always wash w/antibacterial hand soap, try not to splash your face w/water when washing & use a hair dryer to dry them if they do get wet. Basically, don’t get them wet & they will last a month.

This is was my first time, doing lashes. the overal experience at the place was okay, i bought a groupon to try there services. i took an appoitment, i had my lashes done on a saturday, and the person that did it was issues was that saturday and sunday my laches started falling out and finding them in the morning in my pillow. i came back on a monday and they redo them for free. the other person was nicer and it seems she did a better job. unfortunatly they didnt last more than a week, they strated falling out very quickly, and by the second week i had almost none. and also they erritated my eyes. and i had less natural lashes after they fall out. cause they are glued to the natural lashes what can create an irritation my overal experience about it: is its a waste of time and money, knowing all the inconveniance arround it: you have to avoid water for more than 48 hours na deven later that you have to be careful on the way washing you face and water. product that you sue on the eyes and face. you have to be careful the way you sleep and dont crash them on the pillow. even not toutching youre eyes can dammage them. so for me, i will never do them again, they are as nice as fake lashes for one use a the stores.

I would say the overall experience was not bad. Here’s the breakdown. 4 stars — very good booking process. Polite receptionists 4 stars — environment was clean and somewhat quiet. It’s rather cold so don’t wear shorts. 2.5 stars — the lash line was only okay. The ends of my lashes were a little off. 3 stars — comfort in application. There were a few pokey moments
