I set up an appointment on a Monday for someone to come out and give me a quote for Friday, I canceled another appointment so I could be home for their time frame and after 20 min with nobody being here I called and I was told 9 times out of 10 the guy never looks at his appointment calendar. Are you kidding me, How does a company work this way? It’s nice to know that they really don’t care about peoples business.
