Alice and her team are great. They follow up on a timely basis. They even apologize if you have to wait 5 minutes. The office is extremely efficient. Unilocal definitely guided me in the right direction when I had a skiing injury. Their services made me heal a lot quicker versus being in extreme pain. They offer different types of treatments, including adjustments, massages, heating treatments. Most if not all of these are usually covered with a good PPO. I believe parking is $ 3 for their lot but the meters across from the library are usually a cheaper alternative. Best thing is that they are usually open late and can take appointments after 5pm.

I bought a groupon deal for a massage and my therapist was alfredo (highly recommended by my friend). The service was topnotch– from the receptionist to the therapist. I told alfredo that my shoulder and lower back was aching, and he concentrated on those areas. I rarely fall asleep during massage sessions… alfredo was so good that he put me to sleep (either that, or he massaged my carotids!). I will definitely come back and won’t mind paying regular price!

Dr Alice is great. I usually work long hours and went to Dr. Alice once for a check up. Her staff was amazing, and she is very knowledgeable. I am referring my patients to her now. I would highly recommend her.

I have had more relief from my back pain in the few weeks I have been going to Dr. Alice than I had from over a year of Accupuncture! Everyone at the office is pleasant and the quality of care is exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Alice Chalikian!
