AFC Doctors Express Urgent Care

I experienced a long wait time. The front desk clerk was friendly but not knowledgeable of anything about the clinic. The doctor made several mistakes on my medical form causing me to have to return to fix the errors. I have definitely experienced better.

Great experience, extremely fast, know what to do, and respectful. The girl who gave me the shot, steroid i never felt it. Great job.

I simply love going to this location than all other locations because of the following reasons:
Staff is courteous and helpful
The DR is far better than other DRs I have ever been to
Less wait and quick walk in check in.

I went into the Doctor’s Express Vintage urgent care last week (twice in person and called in once) and am very disappointed with my diagnosis.
I was sick coughing up dark mucus and figured I just had an infection so I went to a Mediclinic for quick service. The nurse took a flu test which was negative, and recommended that I go somewhere with a chest XRay as she was worried that I had pneumonia. So, I went to Vintage the same evening (Monday, ⁹⁄₁₄) and told the doctor my story and asked for a chest XRay. He said that my lungs were clear, gave me a steroid shot in my rear, and prescribed a Z-​pack. On Wednesday with my 102.7 fever and violent cough, I called up asking for an inhaler and/​or cough medicine as I wasn’t feeling better. Thursday morning, I was even worse so I went back in. The same doctor (unfortunately) said that I just had to work through it and gave me another steroid shot in my rear… again, no XRay.
I ended up in the emergency room over this past weekend and was diagnosed with pneumonia.
Just because «lungs are clear», maybe they really aren’t.

I bring my son here every year for his sports physical and we are in and out within 30 minutes with no appointment.

I love this location very nice and clean and the staff is very friendly especially on a weekend visit.

Went there after a allergic reaction and the concern, service and care was beyond any I even get from my primary with whom I am very well pleased. I immediately put them in my address book and Kyle is a tremendous asset.

Went here on a Sunday because it was the only place open and I was running fever, had sore throat and lots of nasal congestion. The staff was not very friendly and the doctor acted like he didn’t believe my symptoms. I am an RN and have worked in hospital settings for 10 years… think I know my own body. The doctor gave me an antibiotic, but did not give me an excuse for missing work, nor did he give me any follow-​up instructions. Eight days later, my symptoms were unchanged, so I called the office back and they wanted me to come back in and I was going to be recharged AGAIN! Don’t go here if you want to get results. They don’t know what they are doing.
