Advanced Laser Solutions

I was originally a regular at The Woodlands location but they moved to Memorial. The new location is definitely much more spacious & nicely decorated.
The staff here are great & always helpful/​polite.
I have been on full face laser sessions for about a year now have great results. I come back monthly for my treatments since facial hair growth is faster than other areas. Most of my hair growth on my face is gone expect for a few stubborn small areas, which is the only thing I’m disappointed about. This is most likely due to men’s facial hair being more difficult to get rid of than women’s. Appointments are quick & easy due to limited & thin hairs on my face which is easier to treat. I’m usually in & out & ready to head back home to get ready for work.
I do not suggest laser treatments for those who have more olive in their skin or darker skin tones, which makes it harder for the laser to detect. A consultation session with a beautician there is important to see if laser hair removal is right for you, because you might not get the results you expect otherwise.

Just a word of advice, do not fall prey to the email solicitation. I «reserved» a spot from an email I received regarding ULTherapy night. The email didn’t mention a fee to reserve or that there was more than one location. I had previously went to an Advanced Laser located on Richmond — live in La porte so I am not familiar with the area. When I called to reserve, I was then informed it would cost $ 50.00 but you would get it back upon attending. Wasn’t thrilled but was excited to find out more about the service so I paid the deposit. On the day of the event, I looked up the address for my GPS. I quickly determined this was a different location and there was no way that I could make it to that location. I immediately called and was told sorry but no refund. I explained the situation and it didn’t matter. I asked to speak to the owner, not available. Left contact info and it has been a week — no response. I have emailed — no response. Hold onto your money people!!!

The staff is very professional and super kind. I had 2 fraxel laser treatments here. They are very knowledgeable and take their job very seriously unlike many other medical spas I have been to. Alana is one of the best estheticians there is, she is amazing at her job and knows everything and anything about skin care. She made me feel very comfortable, I plan to come back for more treatments.
