Over the past few month we had several unexpected power outages in our building at work and after one of them my computer stopped booting up. After talking to coworkers, we figured out that something was wrong with the hard drive and took it to this place.
Nick explained to me why the drive died, it couldn’t be repaired, but he was able to recover all of the data that was on it. I am quite happy with how quickly I got back the data and with the fact that none of it was lost. I also know a thing or two about hard drives now. Very good service and knowledgeable staff.
The only downside is that it is a little pricey but it is definitely worth the money.

Not worth it! They tried to charge me $ 700 to get my data off of a $ 100 external hard drive. When I asked for an explanation as to why it is so expensive the guy never directly answered the question. I wouldn’t refer them to anybody. Instead I would just encourage people to buy 2 hard drives for $ 200 and «double back-​up» your files opposed to getting overcharged by this company.
