I did call him back and say the system was making noises almost immediately after he left and he could could have cared less or have any regard that it was sweltering fort dog and I. The man has a lot to say in defense but his lack of professionalism and ability to help me out is loud enough. Air Con was able to take care of my issue for a few hundred dollars even though it took more effort but it still works great.

First lets start with their customer service. I talked to Misty in their office. She is beyond polite and warm. I did not feel like a number or spot on schedule. She talks to you like she knows you. I really appreciate that. Now to the service. Don went to check the heater for one of my homeowners, Mr. Fernandez. He arrived on time and promptly diagnosed his problem(lack of problem). Mr. Fernandez believed something was wrong with his heaters from the previous year and wanted to make sure he did not have any problems this winter. Don assessed his heaters worked properly and only charged him a $ 69 service charge. This is one of my older customers who would have paid for any problem that existed. I appreciate Don’s honesty and only charging my customer for the service call. In addition, his previous AC company charged him $ 100 for a service call. This is a great company from the initial call to the final service. I highly recommend them.

Awesome service fast and reliable, Don was very quick and very educational I had a lot of issues with my AC before and he help explain in detail what was going on! He is very honest and a down to earth guy! I highly recommend Don and his business! Gave a fair price and estimates! He has been a great guy to deal with very family friendly and very knowledgable!
