I was really looking forward to the transition from Abby’s to Regus. Unfortunately, now, I say that with regret. As the other poster pointed out, the staff that was Abby’s were more personable and responsive. I virtually had no issues with Abby. Now that they are Regus, I am quite disappointed. I too have experienced multiple billings for rent I pay on my virtual office monthly. The rates in booking conference rooms/day offices have increased substantially and there seems to be some level of turnover in the staff. I have gone to pick up my mail in person on a number of occasions and met with a different face each time. I am definitely looking forward to my contract being over soon so I can take my business elsewhere.

Great when owned by Abby Executive Suites but no longer since purchased by Regus. Abby’s manager and receptionist are gone now and the Regus office reservation and billing structure is overly complicated, overly time consuming and unreliable. Am currently fighting what appears to be a double billing situation. Can no longer recommend. Sad but Regus’s attitude is arrogant. They simply don’t care. Very poor service to customers. Am looking up their competitors now. Wish we could go back to Abby Executive Suites. Regus has good marketing – but poor delivery on service.
