Used A-Mazing Chem-Dry for the first time today. Extremely pleased with service and results. Not the cheapest carpet cleaning service, but the process they use works! No chemical residue or dampness after an hour after cleaning. My carpet was fresh and looked like new. Technicians Eric and Jeff did a great job — timely, knowledgeable, and professional. No hard sell or bait/switch tactics. Spent over 2 hours cleaning 5 areas and did extra closet at no charge. Will use them next time carpets need cleaning and travertine/grout needs cleaning. Linda –the office manager was very helpful and explained options/pricing. Call them for a great experience. You can use me as a referral if you like —
