Amazing service. Jim was great about helping me find what I needed for a last minute event.

The absolute best florist I have ever dealt with hands down. A family member was admitted into St Luke’s and I was looking for a florist in the area. The reviews for A Classic Bloom were all excellent so I went with them and ordered on line. Because the family member was in ICU and they do not accept flowers, Jim alerted me and said he would check daily and once the family member was in a regular room, he would have the flowers delivered. Nearly 2 weeks passed before the family member was out of ICU and Jim kept me posted via phone calls and emails. Outstanding customer service!!! Today, I received word from Jim that the family member was now in a room, flowers were delivered and were perfect. I cannot say enough about how much Jim’s service was appreciated. No need to go anywhere else for a florist in Houston or surrounding areas!!!

Found them on Unilocal because they were located near my sisters job. I wanted to have flowers delivered on her birthday. I called that morning (I apologize for being so last minute) but Jim took care of me. He sent over an amazingly bouquet and got it there before she clocked out of work at 12. He even called me to confirm it was delivered early at 10:30 AM. I plan to use him again next year. Did I mention I live in California? Thank you guys!

I am very pleased with their service! I ordered some flowers for my gf at a nearby college and the loved them. Very friendly and their images online match those they deliver. I will definitely use them again.

They are absolutely the best !! I ordered a basket for my boyfriend who has been on the road teaching for 3 weeks. The sweets and savory snacks basket had an amazing selection of gourmet items at a reasonable price. Also, Jim called me this morning because he noticed I made a mistake with the card and was able to fix it asap :) best service !

I’m so happy I chose to read the Unilocal reviews before ordering flowers for a sick friend! A Classic Bloom only had 2 reviews, but both were very positive, and I prefer «mom and pop» businesses when available. I went online to order. very easy and many choices available. I did end up calling them with a quick question and got Jim on the first ring! He was very, very helpful and professional. My order went through, I received both a confirmation for it as well as a delivery confirmation! My friend’s husband told me the flowers were absolutely beautiful! I’m a very happy customer!

I’ve ordered from A Classic Bloom several times. They are located close to the Texas Medical Center, family owned/​operated since 2000, and when you call you don’t get a voice mail.
I sent flowers to Texas Children’s Pavilion for Women on Main St., and they were beautiful. Prices are reasonable and they always hit the mark on service and quality. The service aspect is for me, where I know my money is being well spent; and the quality aspect is for the receiver, where they’ll receive an amazing floral arrangement.
I would give a strong recommendation for A Classic Bloom.

looked them up on google because I needed a place near Texas women’s hospital for a co-worker’s new baby. Jim answered the phone promptly. He was very friendly and helpful. I especially liked receiving the delivery confirmation – because sometimes you just never know if the flowers get there… right? He emailed me the credit card receipt promptly too, which I appreciated. I recommend this florist if you need flowers sent to the medical center. Delivery was $ 10.
