A friend needed help moving a family member from her home in the Kashmere Gardens area of Houston. I am over 1500 miles away and unfamiliar with Houston so I needed some local help. The big names in self storage had facilities there but I could only talk with there less than friendly call centers. A-​AAA had a nice website and they were very close to the house so I called them and spoke with Hugh. He gave me a «tour» over the phone explaining all they had to offer, the security procedures, store hours vs. gate hours and the different sizes available. I thought we would need two units but he believed everything would fit into one 10×20 and suggested I reserve an extra just in case. Sure enough everything fit inside one locker with a little extra space left over. That savings alone is worth a five star rating.
