3D Video And Photo

Tony photographed my wedding at Ashton Gardens in Houston, and I could not have been happier about the results. He was patient and took many different poses of the bridal party as well as the family before and after the wedding. All of the photos turned out great and I am glad I chose him to photograph my special day! Unlike the previous post I had zero issues with money. I paid my deposit and the rest of my balance when the contract stated it was due and had no problems. Tony was nice and never had any hidden fees. The price quoted was the price I paid.

My wife and I went to this guy to shoot our wedding photos. The owner, Thao, sold us, a real good talker. We were from Austin and he charged $ 200 travel fee since he had his photographer drive further. We were ok and left the $ 350 deposit. This was like 4 months before our wedding.
About 5 days out before our wedding, he called me, DEMANDED I send him the rest of the balance. We had talked off and on before and he never mentioned it. I told him sorry, I didnt know you needed it so soon, but I will drop in the mail today, I DID. He calls me 2 days later saying, hey, I still dont have your check. Starts interrogating me, saying it only takes one day to mail from Austin to Houston. I told him I dropped it in the mail the same day he called, I did. I mean, he went off. I was already stressed enough about the whole wedding, now I have to deal with this fool. So finally I told him, look, if you dont have the money by the time our wedding comes around, I will pay the photographer when he gets here in cash or you dont have to shoot the photos ok? Still he would not budge, starts lecturing me. So I said, ok man, what are you worried about. You will have the negatives and you can hold on to it until I pay in full. Finally, he said, I dont like how you do business but I will send the phographer. This was the day before the wedding.
On wedding day, the photographer arrives. He said that the owner told me to tell you that he got the check. Man I was so mad. I got married in 2004, and when I think about how great of a day it was, I still remember this stupid Thao guy from 3D video and photo. He is an insensitive little shit. Its someone’s wedding for crying out loud. They have enough to worry about and to have to deal with his impatience. One other note, the restaurant owner and other services I hired all told me to pay when I get back from honeymoon, and their bill was 10 times more than this guy. He only billed $ 1000 and he’s screaming bloody Mary.
DO NOT GO TO 3D VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY, YOU’VE BEEN WARNED. HE WILL RUIN YOUR EVENT.
Would like to elaborate further after reading some responses to this review. To be clear, he never gave me any heads up, friendly reminder or otherwise that I needed to pay. He had 4 months to send even a friendly email, he did not. He chose instead to interrogate me with absolutely no fair warning. The man is bi-​polar and has mental issues.
They did not have Unilocal at the time… Unfortunately for him, Unilocal came along. As of now, 9 useful votes. That’s 9 people I saved from this jack ass who has no consideration for one of the most important days in peoples lives.
