1960 West Chiropractic Center

I came to 1960 West Chiropractic Center with severe lower back and leg pain. I enjoy participating in half marathons. The severity of pain was limiting my ability to train and complete runs within my goal time. I was referred to 1960 West Chiropractic Center by my health insurance DocFind website. I had never been to a chiropractor before and did not know what to expect. During my first call, the office staff was very friendly, helpful and scheduled me for an appointment immediately. At my first visit, I met with Dr. Karen Thomason and she was very thorough. Not only did she ask extensive questions about my condition, she listened intently and answered all of my questions. She really put me at ease. I wanted an approach that natural treatment without medications. She provides that. Dr. Thomason and her staff, Elizabeth, Samantha, Melissa, and Danielle, are very knowledgeable and patient. Since starting my treatments, I have learned so much about the human body because they believe in education as well as treatment. I highly recommend the Center. I have had the best experience here and I wish that I would have come sooner.

The building has a musty stench and the whole practice seems only semiprofessional. Besides the girls that work at the front desk and take your vitals, I found the others slightly odd, unprofessional and one, almost creepy.
