Good space, never have to park far from tunnel level. However, the pay for day space is very inaccurate. The convenience and it being a large garage makes up for everything else.

As far as parking garages go, this is a pretty good one. It’s primary use is for chevron employees. It’s reserved for monthly parking at $ 110 a month unless otherwise subsidized. One of the biggest pros of this parking garage is the security. They have guards that walk around fairly frequently and as a female that commutes by herself, that’s a big plus!

This is a private parking garage for Chevron employees. The entrance is off of Bell and requires a Chevron smartbadge to get in. Once parked, the walkway to Chevron’s offices at 1500 Louisiana and 1400 Smith can be reached by stairs or elevator to level 4, where the ring walkway connects all three buildings. Again, you will need a Chevron smartbadge to get into either building. There is a Chevron security guard on the 4^th floor of the garage to help with access.
