Horrible, horrible service and cleaning. Dry cleaning should be simple right? Walk in, drop of clothes, pay, come back a day later and pick clothes up. Yeah, this doesnt happen. I have received clothes with NEW stains on them that weren’t there to begin with, pants which had a new crease on them not following the factory one, and alterations that never happened even though I paid for them. I have never gotten an apology, let alone a fair excuse. Maybe because they don’t really speak English? Who knows. Just don’t come here.

This place is disreputable. Do not trust this business. They quote a price for a service, then charge 3X the quote. No manager is ever on site to handle complaints. They have also ruined garments and performed substandard alterations that had to be repaired elsewhere.

We checked this place out because we had just moved back into the area and we liked the fact that they did their own in-house dry cleaning. This was most certainly a costly mistake. My wife dropped off her dry cleaning a day before her business trip early in the morning so she could get same day service. Upon pickup not only was her clothes not ready, but they had misplaced a number of articles. At no time did anyone(including the owner) take responsibility for this mishap. They did eventually locate all of the clothing after 30+ minutes of searching and we received a refund, but she was left with no clean clothes for her trip. I would advise anyone looking for professional and prompt service to look elsewhere.

First, let me say that I have used this dry cleaner for over 15 years and was really happy with them but apparently there is a new owner recently.(I do not know how recent this is but they just remodeled the place.) Just over the last 6 months on my dry cleaning, I have had iron burns on my shirts, buttons missing, clothes not ready on time and new stains that were not there before dropping them off. I recently had a discussion with the new owner and tried to helpfully and constructively mention that whoever he is sending the cleaning to is ruining the clothes and he may want to change who he is using. His response was that this is a discount cleaners and you get what you pay for. In addition, he informs me, he is not responsible for any damage done to clothes. He said if I wanted my clothes taken care of when getting dry cleaned, I should go to Vogue cleaners in the shopping center next door. I recently received coupons for the«Grand Opening» of the Dry Clean Super Center, but I am not sure why it is Grand Opening since they were open the whole time. He was very rude to me in addition to continuing to ruin my clothes. I am now using Vogue Cleaners though they are a little more expensive. The cost to replace the damaged items was costing me more than it was worth to use the discount cleaner. Also, the discount cleaner was not so cheap — certainly not $ 1.25 as on this Unilocal picture.

HORRIBLEPLACE and HORRIBLESERVICE! Took several pants/slacks their to be cleaned, and made a mention on a pair of gray ones i took in that there was a stain on the front mid-thigh of the pants. Picked it up, stain was STILLTHERE, looking like it hadn’t even been cleaned at all, in addition to SEVERALSMALLCHEMICALBURNS several inches away from the stain. I was horrified and told them about what had happened, they didn’t apologize at all for the incident and told me that i had to wait until the following weekend to speak to the owner to resolve any issues. So, after waiting a full week just to talk to the owner, i go in and still NOAPOLOGY, and he said that industry standard was only 10 times the amount to clean it, totaling to only $ 20 for a $ 90 pair of pants. After a few unhappy responses on my behalf of how he could think 20 dollars could replace a more higher priced pair of pants, he said that I should only bring in clothing that cost less than that so that if they messed up again, I’d get reimbursed a full amount. And on top of that, he only wanted to give me STORECREDITINSTEADOFMONEY. After telling him he was crazy for thinking that I’d ever come back and have any use of his store credit, he gave me the money in cash and told me «good luck finding another dry cleaners.» So, BEWARE, this place couldn’t care less for the quality of your clothing, they lack any sort of respect or courtesy for the customer. Take my advice and take your clothing elsewhere!
