NOTE: Victorian Rose Florist was used by Ava’s Flowers as a 3rd party florist to deliver an arrangement that we ordered online. Below: My complaint submitted to Ava’s Flowers My family and I are thoroughly disappointed in your services! The arrangement did not look anything like the one my mother and I selected. I would attach a picture of the arrangement received as proof if I was allowed to. I specifically requested to be called if the arrangement could not be exactly as shown. Had we been called then we could have requested the exact colors and flowers that we wanted for substitution or at least we could have been prepared to see an arrangement that was not as selected. We chose the Truly Loved Sympathy Basket because it was a perfect match to what my cousin, Karen, would have loved. It was full of color, life and beauty like my cousin. Instead we received a typical blasé blasé arrangement. My mother was already heartbroken when we arrived at the services and when she realized the arrangement that was received didn’t match what we selected she was even more upset. My mother is sick and disabled. We went online to select an arrangement together so she would feel like she had some input in the selection without having to go to a flower shop and add to her exhaustion. The week was already stressful enough and she should not have endured the additional stress and heartache that your company added the day of the funeral services by not providing a service that was specifically desired. A professional company should realize that a funeral is of utmost importance and of all the life events that happen in which a company should ensure they get their services right the first time… this is the one! My husband called, for me, to discuss our concerns with your company and one of your representatives neglected to address our concerns and wanted to simply dismiss them as general«problems» instead of stating the exact facts of the issue. To top it off, no one called us the next day as promised and now I receive this feedback request as if your company cares. Give me a break! If your company actually cared then someone would have followed through as stated and we would have been reimbursed $ 97.92, which we regretfully paid to your company for less than mediocre services!!! I am still so frustrated that I am still contemplating posting our disappointment with your company and the photo comparisons of what we ordered and what we received on Facebook, Twitter, etc. so no other family will be willing to order from your site. Since your company had to use a third party flower shop then I highly recommend selecting another more professional one in the future. I can assure your company that Victorian Rose Florist located at House Springs, MO will be receiving a very poor rating and negative feedback on all of their social media sites and any other sites that I can post ratings on.
