Worst Starbucks ever! Terrible service. Horrible attitudes. Snotty and condescending staff.

Very nice little establishment. A little hard to find early in the morning, if your looking for that tall Starbucks sign, there is no sign. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Get out of your cars people, no line inside. I was in and out in under 2 minutes, with my piping hot tall blonde in hand. Very friendly barista also.

Friendly people, but horribly trained. No offense… But worst service I’ve ever had at Starbucks.
First they dropped our oatmeal cookie on the floor (not that big of a deal, even though that was he last one left).
Next I ordered a frappé, (which the receipt says), and they served me 10 minute later a late of some sort. She said «oops my bad, I’ll make it again». No problem. Except the fact that they didn’t put the flavoring I wanted in the frappé AND it was 2 sizes smaller than I paid for. I honestly didn’t even feel like asking them for the correct size. I just left.
OH! I forgot… The girl working the register was cursing under her breath and couldn’t work the computer well at all, she had to keep redoing things… So did the other girl who worked behind the counter– I had watched and was paying attention while I waited for my drink to be re-​made…

Friendly staff. The line in the drive thru was half a mile long so I walked in the store. No line, at all. They took my order and made it very quickly considering how many drinks they were dealing with from the drive thru. Unfortunately, my matcha latte was just soy milk and a gigantic clump of matcha that I had to try and break up with my straw. I don’t necessarily hold the employees at fault for this. It seems to be an acceptable trend at 90% of the Starbucks I go to. Get it together, Starbucks. I’m tired of the mediocrity.

This Starbucks is consistently SLOW. I go through the drive thru most of the time and it’s takes about 30 minutes. I don’t know if they are really busy or they aren’t organized. They rarely have the skinny mixture for my coffee. I love the coffee there but I have to be willing to wait forever to get it.

Worst Starbucks experience ever at this location. Staff seemed flustered and unorganized, waited for our mobile order for ten minutes. The other patrons seemed decently pleased… now whenever I’m in Houma, I just avoid going to Starbucks.

Worst drive through ever… consistently. Today they run out of grande cups or lids and want you to pay for the venti – forced upsell is such great customer service. Waitstaff is very nice… obviously under managed. Almost makes you want to find a local donut shop…

This is a bizarrely bad excuse for a Starbucks. I saw the bad reviews but thought, How bad can a Starbucks be? Pretty bad. The place was a mess and my drink was so gross I just threw it away after a few sips and left. Also they were out of pretty much everything.

Come here pretty frequently. The coffee is well… Starbucks coffee, nothing spectacular but it’s good and it gets the job done. The staff is friendly. My one complaint is they there are ALWAYS out of the tomato mozzarella panini… Never fails.

We went through the drive thru and had a wonderful experience. The lady was friendly :)

The staff here is friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming. Overall it is a nice place to slow down and unwind or regroup.
This is a great place to meet new people & conduct business.

I love starbucks but this place is a disaster! Some how they manage to mess up some of the most basic drinks. If you are forced to go there so not dare order a latte or a frappachino. The consistency is terrible and watery with little to no taste. If you are in a bind for a good cup of coffee drive down the way to the starbucks in Thibodaux. They get it right every time.

I would like to begin my review by stating I am not a fan of the Starbucks brand in general, but if a barista at one of the locations takes the time to make my drink correctly, I can try my hardest to enjoy it. One of the few things Starbucks makes that is literally impossible to screw up is an Iced Green Tea Latte — and somehow this location screws mine up every time. This beverage includes 3 ingredients, yes, 3. Milk, simple syrup, and matcha green tea powder. I order mine unsweetened which cuts down my beverage to 2 ingredients: soy milk (by request) and matcha. The only complication I add to this drink is requesting that it is shaken very well. As a regular customer of coffee shops, and an avid user of matcha green tea powder I am aware how simple the preparation of this drink is: put ice in a shaker, pour the milk, add the matcha, shake. I say this without exaggerating, that nearly every time I order my drink has been made incorrectly — either not shaken well enough or with dairy milk. I have sent my beverage back to this location more times than I would like to count, or just finished the shaking process in my own home so that I do not have to deal with these employees. I have encountered one barista who makes this simple beverage correctly, assuming that this company has about 25 employees, I am saddened to say that 96% of the staff at this location is incompetent, and worse, will continue to argue that they have in fact «shaken my drink to the best of their ability». Sigh.

As the other reviews state the overall morale of the workers here really makes the experience unpleasent. My coffee orders are usually correct but they frequently get very behind on the orders and the coffee station is always dirty and out of something. This is the only coffee shop nearby the busy shopping area of Houma aside from Joe Muggs in Booksamillion. I frequent this location because the options are very limited.

BOTTOM LINE: Only starbucks within a million miles of Houma, LA.

Poor attitude. Poor quality. Incorrect drink sent me into a carb coma since I ordered sugar-​free & they made a fully sugared drink. I have never been served/​waited on at any Starbucks with such poor attitudes/​customer service. What I like best about Starbucks nationwide is its consistency. This coffee shop should not be labeled a Starbucks. It falls drastically short!

Like most things in Houma, this location runs a bit in slow motion. The morning staff struggles with having stocked cups and lids, the cream and sugar bar is frequently dirty with its miniature trash can filled, and I’m frequently waiting for drip coffee to brew. Alas, it’s the only Starbucks in Houma, so I wait…
