I live in Florida. In Houma visiting family. I had an infection on my elbow that had been assessed by two doctors previously. Dr Angeron at Houma Urgent Care assessed my elbow. She immediately walked across the hall to consult Dr Shults, an onsite Orthopoedic Surgeon. Dr Shults walked in and agreed to treat the infection. He was able to lance, drain, and pack it onsite!!! The teaming of an Urgent Care Centter and an Orthopoedic Surgeon is a rare occurrence. Lucky for me!!! All of the staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Definitely a Medical Facility to consider for urgent and general healthcare!!!
