Usually very good. I’ve had intestinal issues following consumption of ocean fish, however. Perhaps this is related to the fact that the ocean is more than 1000 miles from here.

My friend and I stopped by Pj’s on our girls’ cross-​country road trip. We ordered some local wine (there’s a good selection of local, California, and international wine) and two pizzas: Malaysian Chicken, and Spinach and Mushroom with Gorgonzola. Wow! We both agreed that Pj’s was some of the best pizza we’ve ever eaten. The crust was perfectly baked and the flavor of the toppings popped with each bite. If we visit the Western Slope again, we will definitely be back to Pj’s!

Absolutely a wonderful find in Hotchkiss. Came on «Italian Supper» night. Incredible staff and superbly delicious food. Enjoyed Elk Lasagna tremendously. Salad fresh and delicious. Local wine from Eames quite nice. Desserts tops.
Truly a 5 star find in historic Hotchkiss. Will return when in town.

Great place for an amazing meal. We have been coming here at least twice per month for almost a year. Awesome appetizers if you just want to lounge with a beverage and nibble on finger food. The entrees are great and the special set menu nights are fun and delicious!
