Always a hit… We have been coming since Opening day, literally… we were in the group of the first 100 customers to get free food for a year. We came last week and manager, Shad, was delightul. In the lobby making sure the customers were satisfied. Will continue to come even after my free food runs out.

Good chicken good salads, sandwiches and wings. Very clean restrooms. Free refills on sodas. Coke machine in dining room. Good value for your money.

Hot Springs National Park, AR
Zaxby’s has a good menu, and the location in Hot Springs is a nice new building. However, they need to get someone from Georgia in there to show them how to prepare the food, as the taste isn’t consistent. Some items I’ve had (their Cobb Zalad) were great, others I’ve had (their chicken strips) are a disappointment, and the taste of them were better in Georgia locations. Their cooks need to visit some Georgia locations, see how it’s done, then come back and implement it here, as some of their items are on the bland side. If they can «get it down», it’d be great, as the building is a nice new building.
