I don’t get why some folks are dissing this place. Our checker spoke to us and was friendly. Nothing more to report here…

I rarely have an issue, but Cheyanne(Cheyane, Shiann, however you spell it) in the pharmacy is unknowledgeable and rude. She is condescending and refuses to answer simple questions about when a prescription will be ready or when it can be refilled again. She even refused to give her name when I asked for it after she laughed at a question I asked her. I was told she was ‘new’, as an excuse for her behavior.

The staff is rude and they act like they are doing you a favor to fill your prescription. I’m moving my business to somewhere else

Used to be good. Still some good staff. Understaffed for demand. A few have attitude problems. Seems to be a billing issue 2 out of 3 times now.

Orders photos online through Walgreens iPhone app. Selected pickup in one hour and also received confirmation email stating photos would be ready by 9:30PM. Decided to wait until the morning to pick them up. Stopped by at 9 and they were not ready. Photo department said no one would work on the order for another 30 minutes. I was not too happy and stated that I needed them as I was headed out of town. Store was entirely unhelpful and couldn’t even transfer the order to a store in Little Rock. Told me I had to call the 800 number. Wouldn’t even give me credit on my account. Needless to say, I left there disappointed and empty handed. Finally got photos printed in LR but 2 hours later and they felt bad for me and give me the photos half off.

I have been in this Walgreen’s several times when I have been visiting friends in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This store is your basic Walgreen’s. What I can tell you is that it didn’t look any different then the Walgreen’s stores that we have here in the San Francisco bay area. So my experience tells me that Walgreen’s standardize on their store setups whether in California or Arkansas. This is really nice because when I was there it was very easy to find my way around the store. I definitely am a fan of Walgreen’s in California, Arkansas or where ever else I might find one since my late husband Don E. V. was an star employee of Walgreen’s for 20 years until his passing in December 2004.
