I’m kind of an ice cream snob… this place is a gem. With not much happening in this small area, this shop is a blessing. If you need a real ice cream fix and are not on a tight budget, then this is the place. Very friendly staff, EXTREMELY generous scoops. I also go to the location in Little Rock. Unless your stomach is empty DO NOT ORDER MORE THAN 1 SCOOP. I tend to get 2 scoops because I can’t decide between 2 different flavors. I regret it every time. Sooooo much ice cream. I’ll admit, it’s really good and I always finish it. They also carry a great selection of chocolate covered things. I’m in love with the pretzel sticks. Beware… VERY pricey. Not really any prices posted so be careful when ordering or you will be shocked when they ring you up. They lost one star because of prices. And this location has an extra tax only charged in this area of Hot Springs… makes a very expensive ice cream trio even more expensive.

Stopped by here today for a cool treat while walking and got some drinks. Strawberry ice cream and their lemon sorbet tasted decent with authentic flavor, however, no prices are posted in the store. After ringing up my order, I realized why.
8 bucks for a malt shake and 7 bucks for blended Sprite+sorbet? Preposterous
TL;DR: decent ice cream, ridiculous prices

I am a lover of all things fudge. So of course, I checked out Kilwins. It was my first time at this establishment while vacationing in Hot Springs, AR. The price of the fudge was competitive to other locations. It was good but I truly enjoyed the caramel apple, I believe it was called Apple Pie. It was a caramel apple covered with white chocolate drizzled with cinnamon and sugar. They also had turtles, nut brittle, ice cream and so much more. It is worth visiting. They have a website and with locations in other areas in case you aren’t in Hot Springs, AR.

Great little ice cream parlor and chocolate store. They have some chocolate covered treats like pretzels And turtles. They’re ice cream section has about 20 selections or so. My wife and I split the salted Carmel, which was great.
