We were, for the first few repairs, very satisfied with the work and price at this repair shop. But on a subsequent occasion we agreed on a price for a job only to have less work done for the price given earlier: one bumper was painted for a price we were told would include both bumpers. When we expressed our frustration Tony did not respond or attempt to address our concerns in any way. Needless to say, we learned to not trust a verbal agreement and we will not return to this business or recommend it.
