RE/MAX of Hot Springs Village

We moved here from Akron, Oho and leased an unfurnished rental from Re/​Max of Hot Springs Village, assuming that they were a reputable company and that the house would be fit for purpose. Nothing could be further from the truth. The toilet in the half bath runs all the time and cannot be used. The exterior doors are rotted out at the bottom and patched with masking tape and putty. The bathtub in the guest bathroom has a hole in it and has been patched with putty so that it looks like it is blowing bubble gum. All of the interior doors scrape the floors. The though the door ice maker on the fridge groans like a dying moose when it is finished dispensing ice. One of the garage door openers does not work at all (It has 2 garage doors). Now we have discovered that there is a rather large animal living in the attic. Although we have put in numerous service requests and sent the rental agent numerous e-​mails, all they have done is to ignore us. Do yourself a favor: if you need a rental in Hot Springs Village, go to someone else. All they care about is taking your money. They do not care one little bit about you as a renter.

Jeff Hollansworth and his team at Remax property management are possibly the worst property managers in the village. There only interest is their cut of the pie. The well being of your house is definitely not anywhere on their list of responsibilities or concerns. Save yourself a lot of heartache, disregard any of their promises, because they will later and find someone else to manage your investment.
