Stopped at Diamondhead Market to put air in our car tires prior to driving to Texas. Put $ 1 in quarters in the air machine attached to the side of the building only to then find out it doesn’t work. We asked the store owner about it and he said you are right, it doesn’t work but it isn’t ours. We suggested they put a sign on it marking it as «out of order». He said he could do that but refused to refund us our money. We will never support this establishment again. Poor customer service! He should have refunded our money knowing it was out of order. Doing nothing to prevent patrons from using it is just inconsiderate and irresponsible.
