My first visit was a great experience! The young lady that helped me pick the right cigar was extremely helpful. She was concerned with directing me to the smoke that I would enjoy. She was interested in finding out what I liked and was eager to help without being pushy. The stogie I chose turned out to be a very good smoke. I would recommend Churchill’s to anyone.

You automatically FAIL when you sell drug paraphernalia in a high end cigar shop. Get this, she justified it as due to the tobacco tax! So screw your community by selling glass pipes everyone knows are used for smoking illegal drugs?! Also misinformed and«overly» helpful. One of the best lounges I’ve been in across the country. Added since my last review. Lots of new seating. OK selection of cigars, but get this! SORTEDBYSTRENGTHANDALLWITHLIDCLOSED! Not sorted by brand, and had the strength categorization all jacked up. For instance, No Montesino is full bodied. The lounge portion is fantastic. The cigar accessory selection was good. I HATEDRUGPARAPHERNALIASOLDWITHCIGARS!!! Only shops elsewhere are those shops that sell junk lighters, cigarettes, Pakistani swords, and those dang resin made dragons wrapped around a glass sphere! Instructions. Put your earplugs in. Go in and get your cigar. Pay for it. Leave. Be happy elsewhere.

The staff at Churchill’s Cigars and Pipes was great. They were very excited to talk about cigars and any other topic that came up. At first I was a little put off by the fact that every box of cigars in the walk-in humidor was closed with multiple signs restricting your every touch, but after we spent a few minutes with the staff I was quickly converted. The signs said the reason is that the merchandise is delicate, but I think the real reason is that the staff really enjoys what they do and want a chance to talk to every customer which ends up delivering a personal touch that is rare these days. Prices were very reasonable and the selection was enough to take care of your needs while in Arkansas.
